My son (5) and daughter (9) both enjoyed their visit! The inside is kept nice, organized and clean. The ladies working today were wonderful! *Prices are a bit high in my opinion. For 1 Small/Medium item, 2 Small items and 1 Mini item we paid $112.36 (with tax), but I know the business has to be able to make a profit as well. I asked to speak to the manager which happened to be the same woman and I told her how unimpressed I was with our service and treatment. She offered no apology and burst into tears and said her grandparents are dying and she literally ran to the bathroom and slammed the door shut and never left the entire time we were there (another 30 minutes). No resolution of any kind was offered - she literally hid from us! So I paid my $70(!) ticket and got the owner's contact information, however, based on other reviews, I doubt it will help!

I don't believe that anybody should own a paint store that cannot handle children. I felt very uncomfortable as Dawn was very unprofessional and her approach to handle a six-year-old. There are just some people that should never be around children because they're abusive verbally and I can see that very clearly with this woman. Having the audacity to tell me that I'm a bad mother was not a smack in the face because I know who I am.. I know where I'm going.. and I know what I stand for..
