As soon as i walked in i was greeted by a MASKED woman who helped my find the perfect stem for my piece. We had some trouble figuring out the perfect size, but the woman who helped me (lord forgive me, i forgot her name) figured it out for me! I picked up some cleaning solution and color changing bowl piece as well, which was hand blown by a local artist. Huge selection of glass, inscents, pieces, lighters, U NAME IT THEY HAVE IT. AND IT COMES WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. needless to say, you have my business & loyalty forever.-

This business is a complete joke, on so many levels. I literally felt like I was on some kind of…read morereality show while attempting to get some kind of customer service. No one seems to know what anyone else does, nor where they have put things. I shattered the screen on my phone and thought the $60 to replace it, was better than $300 for a new one. Needless to say, I paid them $60 and still ended up buying a new phone. My information got "lost" in their computer. They called and told me the phone was ready twice, and then proceeded to tell me they didn't have it when I went to pick it up. Had the phone 2 days and screen started lifting up, called to complain and was told "oh yeah, that batch of parts was defective" really?? then why did you use it in the first place? Second attempt at repair and my phone was returned with an erased SIM card and a weak "oops, sorry". Best part is, they have these cards next to their register asking people to go online and review them. Well...here you go!

We purchased a sub zero refrigerator (2) and an all freezer fridgidare from some of the nicest…read more salesman, but the products suck! The companies response to the problems the products have had in their first weeks, sucks! Their responses to the second time it happened suck! The repairs sucked and we are stuck with a freezer that has more ice on its walls than food in its compartments! They came out to repair it and still it produced ice on the walls again with expensive food inside and nowhere to put it ,to not loose it. again! Do they care? NO! I was told it has to happen 4 times before they will replace the lemon they sold me. The light on the sub zero has had two repairs and it's acting up again. Perhaps their distrubutor is the problem but when they don't back the products and I loose money and have to wait weeks for the repair and needless to say money on my food inside....I say head for the hills AWAY from this company and find one that backs their products and REPLACES THEM (IF ) necessary. ??? Really? Food is expensive enough without having to replace all the spoiled food not once but twice! They don't care. It's their policy it has to happen 4 times before they even consider it. Wow! The owner kept saying how he was giving us a break by not charging us for what other companies weren't going to charge us for in the first place. I've never seen so many smoke breaks. The movers did not listen to me about what needed to be left towards the opening of our storage and it has caused a lot of problems and money to make up for it since then. They scratched, chipped and outright ruined so many things that I've been having to replace them one at a time and I could really use that money for others things. I cringed watching them pile things on top of each other without protection and then slide the items on top into place, just imagining the damage I've yet to see when I've already seen enough daily on the things that made it into the house. It makes me sick to my stomach. When addressed, the owner responded in some narcissistic ways. Then cornered me at the end asking if he could rely on me to give a good review.

Yet when they arrived to begin the move, I was informed I needed to have technicians from Nordic Track as well as the gym I purchased my fitness equipment from present within less than 24 hours notice to breakdown the equipment. I said this was not possible and was asked "what was my plan b"? My husband and I figured out how to breakdown the Nordic Track equipment and did so for the bike and explained the treadmill but we left and came back to find much more taken apart. Then they put it back together at our new home and never tested my treadmill and it does not work! We have boxes that were clearly labeled to belong inside the house that were just thrown in the garage because the owner had an attitude. The truck broke down on the way here and took 4 additional days. The owner informed us he under bid our job and then asked us to help with repairs. We have other damaged items we are finding along the way but it is going to take us months to dig out of the mess Advantage Movers created for us! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
