For 1 Small/Medium item, 2 Small items and 1 Mini item we paid $112.36 (with tax), but I know the business has to be able to make a profit as well. They had a beautiful supply of individual and boxed holiday card sets from a variety of small letterpresses. After some searching, I found some lovely options from local letterpress, Ladybug Press. With my boxes in hand, I began to venture toward the cash register. But, wait! Are those local tees from Banana Ink? Yes. Yes, they are. They have a nice selection of locally printed tees. Banana Ink works with local artists and designers to create a line of Idaho inspired tees, hoodies, hats, and other wearables. And, while, you could make the trip to downtown Boise to their shop to pick something up--it's nice to know that their stuff can be found in Meridian as well! I was able to find an awesome tee for a Christmas gift. I also noticed that they carry a range of beard products from local barber shop, The Beardsmith. A little unlikely, perhaps, but pretty awesome to see this local business so supportive of other local businesses (really amazing ones to boot!). They also do a variety of fun and crafty workshops on occasion (ie: In February, they're offering a Modern Calligraphy workshop). Such a gem of a stationary shop! Many people don't realize that when they purchase a painting in France or Europe for that matter, the sizing is different and the frame needs to be custom-made.
