I wrote them an e-mail on a Saturday morning regarding a yeast I wanted to use that day in a brew and they replied in less than a hour. i had two more follow up e-mails that day and on the second one the owner decided to call me instead of e-mailing me back. How many owners of companies personally call you on a Saturday to answer your question? These people have a great product and go above and beyond to help you out. When we walked in, we sat down but quickly realized we needed to order at the bar. The bartender was looking right at us but didn't come over or say anything, which was a bit off-putting, especially since it was empty. A simple "Hi, welcome in" or a quick explanation of how ordering works would have gone a long way. We later realized she was also the cook, which made us feel a little bad ordering food at all. It just seemed like there could've been better communication upfront. That said, if you're just looking for great beer and a solid selection, this is definitely a good spot. But if you're hoping for dinner and attentive service, it might not be the best choice. Beer was tasty!
