I bought a grill at the sw8th location in boynton beach. Since it was sitting outside the customer service women told me it would be cleaned up and look brand new. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The grill was dirty and there was rust on the screws and on the inside and it isn't steady. Since I paid to have it delivered, I can't get it back to the store to return it. Update Went I to the store and spoke to the customer service manager. He arranged to have the grill picked up and a brand new one delivered. The new grill was clean and works well. read more

I went to the Home Depot to get some paper products and this particular store is very nice and bright. Clean aisles, organized inventory and friendly staff made the shopping experience a delight. There are a few things that I shop at particular stores, that's why sometimes I stop at several different places to get just one or two things and then move on to another store. It might take a bit more time to do that, but if I find the right unit price for a quality product that I like, that's a buy. read more

Located NW of the I95 exit at Woolbright Rd. tucked into a shopping center. I felt that the customer service was good and the self checkout was easy to use. They had an associate standing near if I needed any help and the computerized registers were very easy to use. The store was well stocked and easy to navigate. The staff is helpful especially in the morning when they have enough staff compared to night shift. The store is organized. With the HD website, you can locate items easily as it will tell you which isle and bay the item is located. The one gripe I have is that HD stores do not price match HD online prices. They only do price match from another competitor stores. Other than that, this is my go to HD. read more

Great garden shop. Lots of orchids and rose bushes to choose from and many more variety of plants. You can also get plant foods and plantar pots. They also have pool supplies. Inside you will find all kinds of hardware, tiles. They have a very large selection of items but pay attention to quality as well. Items made for Home Depot will not be the same as the ones specialty stores carry. read more

Only time I'm here is when there's an emergency need. It was time to replace a torn window cellular shade. They keep the harsh sun out and reduce electricity consumption. None were on sale of course. Stopped in with Dad to see if we could put together something he wanted to do with his outdoor lighting. Other than being super busy for a Sunday afternoon with a jammed parking lot, we did pretty well. The store is well organized and the merchandise is neatly sorted. Aisles and aisles of stuff. Prices for nearly everything are clearly marked. We managed to find the fitting and the pipe and the connector that he wanted. Paying for it was easy with a pleasant checkout. A positive experience. Much like many other home depots they basically sell anything you can possibly think of when it comes to remodeling basically any room or part of your house. This location was very clean from my recent stop here and the staff I interacted with was very friendly. I was shown exactly where the pipes that I needed were, during my trip and the staff even seemed to care by asking me different questions about what I was doing and seemed pretty excited with how the outcome may end up. (hopefully a good outcome.). One of my favorite things about home depot and this location was the paint section. I could spend an entire day here looking at every paint they have and still not have seem everything! The prices are decent however from a few times I have stopped at other building stores like this I have found items priced a bit lower. read more

I stopped here on the way home recently with my fiance because ehe had to grab some stuff for th house. This home depot was nicely lit and clean, starting in the parking lot. It had a very nice amount of spaces and there was no carts lying around because it seemed a worker was always there collecting them. The inside of the store was nicely lit as well and everything was labeled very nicely on the roof so you know where you had to go for the items you may be looking for. While he was off getting the products he needed, I explored the gardening section and realized I need (not really) half the stuff they sell here. There are many gardening products like mulch and tools that will help your garden grown beautifully! Prices at this home depot are the same as others and I think you definitely get what you pay for here, my family has bought fridges from here in the past and I have never had problems with them in my life. I went to Home Depot because I thought it was the best place to be for renovations for my kitchen for services in one place only. I made a mistake!! I dealt with a Sandra because she was supposed to be the one to be able to help me. I ordered measurements for a countertop and backsplash on July 5 was told by the backsplash woman who measured it that within one day Home Depot would get all of the measurements it's been a week and a half. I have not heard from anyone until I call today and insisted on getting someone on the phone not to mention I spent 2 1/2 hours. They are trying to get someone to help me to look up these measurements and nobody could find them. she was nasty and rude and refused to send me my measurements that I paid to have them come and measure my backsplash. She said I had to come to the store and pick out the tile before she gave me any information. Those are my measurements not theirs. They charged me $50 for someone to come here and measure my backsplash and now I am not entitled to know how many square feet is there to order the tile, they're holding me hostage and refusing to give me the information that is rightfully mine because they want me to make sure I get down there again and again to order from them and them only. I planned on doing that until I got this nasty woman on the phone Sandra now I will do my business elsewhere. I also had all my windows measured by them because I was gonna order all new treatments from them that will not now be happening. read more

I asked the first one if he could help me and he said no. I asked the second one and he said no and walked away. We ordered a refrigerator from the store and unfortunately it was damaged upon delivery. We needed to work with an associate at the store to ensure return of the damaged refrigerator and delivery of the new refrigerator happened as close together as possible. I worked with Dolan in the appliance section, and he was unbelievably helpful. I was very worried that it would not be an easy process but he assisted in our new purchase and called Home Depot corporate to have the pickup and delivery happen on the exact same day. Went to this location to return them, and was under the impression I got a gift card back. However, after I drove home and attempted to reorder online, I come to find out that it's a store credit and can only be used online. The sales in appliances work diligently to sell you their GE APPLIANCES however no one there stands by their product including the rude management. First off delivery is awful. I had 5 deliveries for one washer/dryer and the final delivery sat in the middle of the kitchen until they sent out a tech to hook it up and then guess what since it was more than 48 hours since delivery I couldn't send it back when it didn't work! They act like it's out of their hands and will not assist in any way. They gave me the runaround until 30 days was up and told me I had to return the appliance myself. I could go on and on! This review is about the Boynton Beach Home Depot Delivery dis-Service. I placed a delivery order for 33 cement blocks that were IN STOCK at the store on Tuesday, 6/18, that was supposed to be delivered the next day between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM that required my signature. I was building a pit BBQ for a party I was having the following weekend. The delivery fee was slightly more expensive than what I paid for all of the blocks, but I guess I paid for the convenience of not having to load and haul them myself. It was about 6:00 PM on Wednesday and still no delivery. Got an email notice saying it had been delayed and rescheduled for Thursday. Thursday came, and at about 2:00 PM a truck pulls up and unloads... 7 bricks. 7! I ordered 33 bricks THAT WERE IN STOCK and they delivered SEVEN. The drivers didn't speak English very well but I managed to interpret that the delivery had to be split. Why? Their truck was practically empty. They could have fit well more than 33 bricks on it. Anyway. End of Thursday comes and nothing else is delivered. Now we're into Friday. Another email saying the delivery had been rescheduled but no date or time. So I had to call the store to find out. Now mind you, each time this happens, it's always between 6AM - 8PM so I'm stuck at home waiting ALL WEEK. Turns out, delivery was rescheduled ANOTHER DAY to Saturday. Well guess what? It's past 8PM on Saturday and NO DELIVERY!!! SO I guess my guests tomorrow will have to cook their hot dogs and hamburgers over a butane lighter because HOME DEPOT COULDN'T DELIVER ON TIME! THANKS HOME DEPOT! As a side note. They did the same thing last year when I ordered a standing air compressor for next day delivery. It didn't show up for two weeks. AND I LIVE LESS THAN 2 MILES FROM THE STORE! You think I would have learned my lesson. Well, I did now. Tomorrow, I'm going to Lowe's. read more

8 months and $3000 later I have received no product, no installation, and zero communication. The store manager, Blake, was "in a vital corporate meeting" and would not take my call. I have called 16 times in the past 8 months, both corporate and the local store, with no resolution whatsoever. I have been promised return communication and have NOT received any. I am in total shock at the lack of customer service from a company this large. To take someone's hard earned money and not deliver the product or service or communicate with them in any way....... Disgraceful. I've never been more disappointed in a company or service. The customer service here is horrible! We ordered exterior and interior doors and since it was a special order we paid up front, $7800. The order was placed in March 2021 and in July 2021 we were finally called by Alison at Home Depot to say our order was ready. The installer called us the day before he was supposed to be here to say that the only part of the order he had was the exterior doors. So the next day he installed the 2 doors and 1 was defective to which he told US to call the manufacturer. I called the store and spoke to Beverly and she was clueless as to when our order would be coming in. I never did get to speak to a manager. I called th4 corporate office and they did refund part of our order. DO not shop here and have them take your money and not get your product. Lesson learned. Never again. read more

I ordered a Santa Rosa 1-piece toilet online on 3/27/23. Order #WB41584491. The estimated delivery date was 3/29/23. When the order was not delivered on 4/3/23 I called the customer service. the rep I talked to was nice, she apologized for the inconvenience, gave me a discount, and promised the order will be delivered on 4/6/23. when I called customer service on 4/6/23 they couldn't locate my order, and promised to send me a new one on next day. I called again on 4/7/23, there was already updated info - the toilet was damaged. Stephany from customer service advised me to file a return in this damaged toilet and place a new order. She promised to apply the discount I received on the new order. I agreed. She filed the return and disconnected call. I tried to call her again to place the order, but was transferred to survey. As a result of whole this story I had to hire a person who picked up a toilet from the store, located 15 min away from my house, and pay the full price for the purchase. Finally, I never had such a bad experience purchasing something online! read more

This is probably one of the most comfortable Home Depot stores I've ever been in. I grew up tagging along with my stepfather, who is a contractor, to a variety of Home Depot stores all over South Georgia and North Florida. Now, I feel like I have a HD that I can really call my "own" for my first home's tweaks and sprucing. Haha The employees are always helpful and very creative when it comes to DIY home ideas if you are creatively trying to go off the beaten path and to also do your projects for cheaper. Also, the customers who frequent here are very helpful, too. I've rented a Home Depot truck to help move some furniture from a friend's house and the paperwork was very quick. Today, I had to pick up a wooden dowel and needed it cut down to 7 feet, I couldn't do it myself at the "Do It Yourself" cutting center, so a nice gentleman who is a customer as well saw that I needed help and he came over and gave me a hand. He also gave me some very useful advice and other DIY tricks to have my project done cheaply. I love my Home Depot!!!! read more

My daughter and I come to this store sometimes two or three times a week. We love the garden section and recently (May 2019) it has been exceptional. The plants are all very well cared for and gorgeous. This week we picked out some potted flowers and one was not as pristine as the others. I asked if I could get a discount on it. Their plants are actually on consignment so the clerk couldn't discount it, but she gave us 10% off everything else (except plants) which essentially made the one plant free! I also shop for home repair things here and I get lots of help and expertise. My husband got a lesson on water heaters from the plumbing expert and he knew what he was talking about. I repaired two ceiling fans with the help of the lighting person and I didn't have to buy two new ones! All in all, it's a great place to shop. Sometimes there's a wait but one should never shop and expect assistance in a hurry! read more

I just walked out of this store and will be going elsewhere. The lumber isle that has 2x3s is closed and has been for more than 10 minutes. There are 3 HD employees standing in front of the isle switching off on who holds the caution flags. There is and has been no forklift activity. I asked one associate if I could just quickly grab 2 pieces of 2x3 lumber and he politely said "If I was able to let you, I would, but I'm sorry I cannot". After another few minutes a different associate was not blocking the isle. I asked him if he knew how long the isle would be closed. All he did was shake his head. I understand the safety measures if the the forklift is running, but that was not the case. There were no store associates in the isle doing anything. Just blocking. Good news, Lowe's is across the street. read more

I do not recommend purchasing custom kitchen cabinets from this HomeDepot on S.W. 8th St. Boynton Beach. I did and the "kitchen designer" ordered two wrong cabinets. It took a month to correct the situation, all levels of management were unresponsive to my requests for a call back.
