This is a top notch organization, Alex in sales provided me the best sales experience I've had in some time. While shopping for a new lawn mower, I was introduced to him in the store. He informed me that they didn't have any garden tractors in stock. Give him some time he'll check the company inventory. Not expecting much, he called me the next afternoon "hey Earl i found your tractor and it will be here tomorrow. Not only was the price better than the big box store it was delivered immediately and Alex arrived the Saturday to install the bumper for me. I automatically recieved a three year warranty on the unit plus a nice and unexpected bag of gifts, I will definitely purchase from them again. We bought a mower from them mid 2020. Since it was new, it never mowed right. It would constantly gouge the grass. They wanted to charge me to pick up a mower that should have been fixed under warranty. They kept my mower for 2 weeks. I had to call 6 times to find out what was going on with it. The previous 5 calls, I was left on hold until I hung up. After 2 weeks, I get my mower back and not only is it not fixed, but it doesn't cut grass any more. They adjusted the deck all the way up and left it there. I fixed it myself since they couldn't handle the repair. read more

We searched for tires for our old tractor and finally found them on Amazon. So we brought them into Jenna and Rick to mount them on the old rims. We were quoted 40$ per tire. We came back the next day to pick them up, it had been done as promised, and then we were told there was NO CHARGE! Wow. What a way to get more of our business!
