I do not like writing bad reviews, but if a company deserves it then I feel customers should know the good as well as the bad. I was just totally unimpressed, disappointed, and frustrated in so many aspects of the project with them. I think they did their business in their way mistakes included, and they didn't really care about the customer or customer concerns. Maybe they are good at other things, but I would definitely not use them again to install a generator again.

Rob came out within the two hour window as quoted. Very personable, knowledgeable and wore a mask. He quickly got to work and diagnosed the problem as a bad heating element. He had the part in his car so after a fair price he got to work fixing our dryer. Excellent service from him and his coworker Moriel (not sure on spelling), completed the job quickly and also left the place tidy. Highly recommended!!
