Each time I called I was shifted from one AI "person" to a second AI "person". Left messages explaining it was an emergency because my wife is handicapped. It is now one day later and I am still waiting for a return call. All I received was a one sentence email yesterday saying I would be contacted but nothing yet 24 hours later!!!!! In frustration I cold called a competitor and explained my emergency and they were at our home in an hour and a half and repaired our generator!! Rack is a disaster, likely having expanded too quickly, and their business is out of control. And I am by background a retired senior executive of a Top 100 Corporation, so I suspect my suspicion of too rapid growth and an out of control current situation is based on real life experience. If you are depending on Rack for generator service I strongly recommend you find another company before you have an emergency like we experienced!!!!!!!!
