Great work and action. I enjoyed having an agent from HAT help me sell my house.

Our home sold within a very reasonable time being on the market and for a fair price.

Relocating from the East Coast to Texas with a family is not simple, and Julie made the whole…read moreprocess feel manageable. We came in not knowing the areas, the differences between neighborhoods, or even what type of home made the most sense for us long term. Julie helped us break it all down in a way that was easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods, school districts, and what each area actually offers. That helped us narrow things down quickly without feeling like we were guessing. One of the biggest things she helped us with was understanding the pros and cons of new construction versus existing homes. She walked us through taxes, long term costs, and what to expect in each scenario, which gave us a lot more confidence in our decisions. She also did a great job balancing both my preferences and my wife's. That's not easy, but she stayed patient and helped us find common ground without ever pushing us. We also spent part of the process renting, and she supported us through that phase too, which we really appreciated. Overall, she's thoughtful, informed, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit. Highly recommend.

Spaces Designed Interior Design Studio - Incorrectly installed... falling over 5 years on.

I had a light remodel done by Komal and her team back in 2017. The project was a little bumpy (the…read morebacksplash Komal chose was very tricky to install and her tile guy didn't really know how to do it). Anyway, it's now 5 years on and I needed to add some window blinds and wanted to match the products Komal selected. I emailed her multiple times and received no responses, I tried the manufacturer but unfortunately it's one of those "call your dealer," type places. The stickers that might have had the info we're all sunbleached and unreadable. I finally gave up and ordered something that doesn't match. Not how I imagined this would work when I hired an expensive designer. Also, we just discovered Komal's contractors who installed our sink/kitchen faucet didn't cut out sufficient space for the faucet collet. So now the whole thing has come loose and is falling over, I paid Stand Brothers to find out that they can't fix it until I hire someone to cut into the drywall and open up the correct space. Frustrating. I didn't think I was paying for cheap work but here we are.

I'm fairly artistic, but I struggle with interior decorating to the point that a former Realtor…read moretold me that my house looked like a man lived there. I'm assuming she meant a utilitarian, straight man who still had his college furniture. On the bright side, I'm not constantly redecorating, and my husband is happy. So we finally decided that our house needed some color besides the neutral brown/beige tones bestowed upon us by our manly builder and our love of natural woods and leather accents. The only problem was that, having the decorating knowledge equivalent to two men, and the budget equivalent to a couple with two expensive children, we hesitated every time it came to decisions. I ran across a Groupon awhile back for a color consultation from Spaces Designed, and I decided to call in a professional. The young woman who showed up with swatches and color strips was calm, professional, and kinder than my Realtor had been, by far (maybe it helped to have long since given away my college furniture?). She asked me questions about what colors and styles I like and don't like, and then she confidently whipped out her tools like a magic wand and laid out a color plan for me. Within an hour, I had designer colors for my pseudo man-cave that actually made me happy, because they weren't brown or freaky pink or any other risky colors that scare me. They were an array of muted grey-greens. I hesitated a bit when the painter was working, because I wasn't used to color on my walls, but I bit my tongue. And when it was all done and everything was put back where it belonged, my house was beautiful. I know this, because several of my female friends with actual decorating talent told me so, and rather convincingly at that. So if you're ready for a change, even you don't have the budget or the stomach for a total remodel, you might want to check them out for something as simple as a color consultation. I know they do a lot more than this, and if I have the budget in the future, I'd give them a call again.

The manager lied and said it was fine after an hour. Imagine a management company allowing a lessor to swinm in chlorine. The pump was broke. They had Friday to fix it but told the pool company not to work overtime. Then, they watched us and would text us if the saw something they didn't like? Spying on us? Really? The women were afraid to change in the rooms thinking they had cameras in the rooms. These people are sick beware!

Absolute worst office rental company I have personally had. Tammie Henkel is the property manager…read moreand it's been an absolute nightmare to work with her. Although very easy to get ahold of when giving a deposit or rent is involved, when you have an issue or need help you WILL NOT HERE A THING! Zero correspondence, even missed the scheduled walk through we had and after not committing to a time the rest of the week said in her text: "Well just do your thing Its not a big deal Im sure the space will be left fine". Continuously ignoring myself when reaching out to return the key access card (which I even offered to drive across town to drop off) replied with I would get charged $75 for not getting it back to them. Finally I was able to put it in the building on Jolleyville Road and leave it. She also has been completely unresponsive to anything regarding the deposit (and over payment) due back in the lease agreement. To the point where now we are having to get our attorneys involved to get her to respond. I would give zero stars if possible because this is only a slice of the pie. If you are needing a rental office (or home from the other reviews) steer clear of anything with Ogle Properties and more specifically Tammie Henkel. Much better people out in the world.
