She advised us on what we could remodel in our home to increase the resale value and how to stage our home to make it up to date, warm, and inviting. Lauren, her assistant, held our hand throughout the many steps along the way. We had seven offers within 72 hours and received $140,000 over asking price. This would not have happened if it wasn't for Carla's sage wisdom and real estate knowledge. During the home buying process, she helped us with design choices and accompanied us through the final walk through. We highly recommend her.

Adam Walker has done a stellar job with our four real estate transactions in the last three years…read more Three of those deals were pretty uneventful for us, so much so that we would show up at closing wondering if we were missing something, it was just that easy. The most recent deal was a stressful mess (to us) but Adam and his team never broke a sweat, they kept the ball rolling and never let us throw in the towel. At a moments notice they gave up their weekend to assist us and never once complained or gave an excuse. We can not thank them enough for their work on all of our deals but especially the last one. We would absolutely recommend Adam Walker to anyone who was interested in a knowledgeable, no pressure, good listening realtor. Growing up in South Austin he has an enormous insight to the areas and amazing business connections. Not once did Adam try to pressure us into anything or force his opinion on a matter. The best trait though was his listening skills. He takes the time to step back and hear out his clients for their true needs and he is thoughtful in his suggestions and never pressures.

We decided to list and sell it, and Adam was right there with help, advice, data and information. The house had been rented for 9 years, and it needed a lot of TLC to get it ready for the market. As investors who live in another state, it was not possible for us to coordinate the work. Adam and his team (especially Kattie) took the lead and in no time had it ready for market looking quite spiffy. The winter presented us with challenges - cold weather and a slower market, but Adam positioned the property to sell, and he handled all of the nuances of the sale perfectly. We are repeat clients, and will absolutely continue to use Adam's services when we are buying or selling in Austin!

I called her 5 times, no response. I finally text her and her response is harsh and uncalled for. She then proceeds to call me rude because I called to ask questions about the property. She seems annoyed that I have questions and are refusing to answer them. The owner should be aware that such an aggressive and rude person is managing their property.

We were calling real estate agents from our condo trying to look at homes. Out of dozens of calls, two agents called me back. That's how I met Blaga. Unfortunately, the house we wanted to see was already gone. However, she agreed to meet with us to show us rental houses over a 24-hour period on Easter weekend. She showed us homes, helped find us a good fit for us and our dogs, negotiated some details on the pets for us, and we signed the lease and were on our way. I was so impressed with the service and skills that when it came time to buy a home, I asked her to be our representative. She found us a wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood that was at a great price. The home she suggested didn't impress me on the Internet but she took us through the house and showed us what the ad didn't. With her help, our bid (one of three) was the winning bid, despite not being the highest. She then helped us negotiate an early exit to our lease so we could close on the house, and she did it with such grace that afterwards, the landlord asked her to manage the property for him. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for a good real estate professional who knows the Austin market inside and out and has really amazing insight on matching people to places.

She is calm, patient, experienced, knowledgeable and asks all the right questions. Tia always had both my fiancé and my best interest at heart throughout the entire process. For example, we'd look at beautiful homes, but they weren't in walkable areas & she knew that was important to me so she'd flag it. We'd look at another house we loved, but the yard was tiny & she new that was important to my fiancé so she'd flag that. She always was looking out for us. NOW for the real good stuff- Tia was able to use an offer we put on one house and we're in discussion with to use that to get us our house under asking & quickly. Tia was able to negotiate our house $34,000 UNDER asking, she got us to have the seller pay $10,000 towards closing costs (huge help for us) AND got us a 45 day close versus 30 day close (we needed extra time to get out of our apartment). She also assisted with getting a few things fixed from what came up in the inspection & all little minor fixes she was able to get the seller to fix for us pre-move in. All in all it was the best first time homebuyers experience I could've imagined & could not recommend Tia more! Thank you to both Tia and her assistant Colleen who made this experience possible. We're so happy!

Sheri came to look at my now ex husband's house and recommended we just make it the way we want given how much a new house would cost. From that day, I felt Sheri was extremely honest and trustworthy. She could've recommended that we sell it and be our seller and buyer agent. Fast forward 4 years, and I was looking for a house for myself in 2018. I searched in my emails to find Sheri's contact info and we began my search. Sheri listens and remembers the things I want in a house. She also tells me things to consider while living in the house. For example, the direction the house is facing, which is not something I would've thought about being a first time home buyer. We finally found a home I love in Circle C. Fast forward 3 years, and my significant other and I are searching for a house to start a family. She even remembers HIS preferences and mine. We found a home we love thanks in Cedar Park. She is also helping me rent out my Circle C home. Overall, she's not pushy, she's understanding and patient. She's definitely focused on building relationships and not just to close a deal. She will be the one and only agent I work with for all of my home related needs.

Well, I did it. I bought my first home. I closed a little over a month ago…read more None of this would've been possible without the help from Lisa Smith Harrell of Juice Homes. I was nervous, actually talking to a realtor about my future goals and what I was specifically looking for. Lisa put me at ease, almost immediately after meeting her. We discussed my needs/wants in a home, location requirements, and the typical home buying process (of which I was mostly clueless, except for my HGTV obsession....she gave me paperwork to look over, as she explained thoroughly). She entered my wants/needs into a search engine and I received emails as new listings popped up that fit my criteria. She suggested that I get preapproved for my loan, so if something came up where there could be a lot of competition, I'd have a slight edge. Fortunately, that didn't come into play, but it did take a few months for the perfect place to pop up. Lisa didn't pressure me at all to pick something, she didn't harass me when I got stressed out about other stuff and stopped actively looking. I guess she just knew that I'd come around when the time was right and when the right home showed up in the listings. Once that happened, she helped to make the process of home buying as painless as possible. I'm a bit of a night owl and sometimes a worrier, but Lisa always responded to my emails and texts with haste, often times reassuring me that these things take time, but we'd be perfectly fine to make the closing date (even when I went to Vegas for my birthday, getting back to Austin the day before I closed) In the end, everything went seamlessly... now to get to unpacking.

I flew into Austin with only a couple days to look at houses so Cindy made sure that she had numerous houses lined up that fit my criteria. We drove around and looked at houses and I eventually chose the one I wanted. Cindy got me the house within 24 hours. She closed the deal before I even left Austin! Needless to say I was thrilled! Cindy was great the whole time. During my time looking at homes, she listened to what I wanted and we customized what houses we would be looking at or not looking at from our list as we went along and I could see more of what I wanted and what I didn't. Cindy flexed and flowed the whole time, listening and making suggestions based on my various requests. This was a learning process for me too since it was my first home-buying experience. I really enjoyed working with Cindy and I would recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy a house. Cindy has been a RE agent in Austin for 18 years and so she really knows the lay of the land which I appreciated as well. When it came time to go through the paperwork for the house, Cindy knew it like the back of her hand and was right there by my side walking me through each step of the way. It was my first time buying a house so I really appreciated Cindy's know-how and long-time experience where the paperwork part of the transaction was concerned. Cindy was always available and very communicative throughout the whole deal. I could always get her on the phone in short-form if needed and she always responded to my texts. Because of the COVID situation, I did not go through with this house purchase but I will be moving to Austin eventually and I would work with Cindy again to find a great property.
