Not only my daughter's instructor was an accomplished,nice,patient and very knowledgeble, but they went of their way to monitor openings in the appointment schedule of multiple DMV around the area in order to find her an appointment for the driving test quickly and around her schedule. I would highly recommend this driving school for teaching your minor children to drive properly. Overall, a great experience! Thank you!

At first I saw bad comment on Yelp but I ignored it…read moreand soon I regretted I had lessons with this instructor called Zoren and he teaches REALLY BAD!!! He kept saying little gas, more gas, no gas within the same 5 seconds, giving confusing signals, and blaming me adding gas while my foot was not even on the padel... He never actually looked at what ur doing but just arrogantly thinking he knows you the best. When you asked him what mistake you made and how to fix the problem, he never able to teach u the right way. Instead he'll just say, ' just take more lessons and you'll be better.' YEAH YOU ARE RIGHT BUT I DON'T EXPECT TO LEARN NOTHING AFTER CLASS... and I really hated him kept saying he will bring me to good places around here, I was like 'I don't even care about the tourist spots I just want to learn how to drive. Who cares if the place is rich or no?' Appreciate him took me around but he's gone too over for real. One more thing is when we were on the street, the speed limit was like 35mph but he kept asking me to drive at 20 something... when I speed to around 30+ he'll start judging. But I knew the DMV is gonna fail you if you drive too slow... the fact that when I was having lessons with another driving school, the instructor told me I was driving too slow on a 35 street with just 27-29 speed but this Zoren always say I can't drive fast... I really got pissed by him because he said like he's the only one who knows how to drive in the entire world, really arrogant. The last lesson I told him I am not taking class with him anymore cause I'll change to another teaching school and he just told me I AM NOT GONNA PASS MY TEST CAUSE I DONT DRIVE WELL the fact turned out I passed my test with only three mistakes proves I drive okay even I start from zero. But the credit doesn't go to this driving school at all

Abuses their position as if the lord bestowed upon them. Never lets people take their 15 min break on time and never ends class on time. Class should end supposedly at 9:20pm, but always ends at least 30mins late. Some of us have actual lives and has a family who's waiting for us! But lord no, they gotta take their sweet time. SO 7:01 you are late and not admitted, yet they can keep me 40 minutes late. They claim to make this process seamless and transitional but their practices would prove otherwise. Second class: let out at 9:15. Third Class: out at 9:33. This is a court mandated 2 hour class. On what grounds can they keep us longer, with literal threats that we wont get credited for our time?

I wanted to take a moment to thank J.P., Steve, & the A1 [school license # E0443] crew for the 3/11/2017 class in Mar Vista/Culver City/West Los Angeles. Call it "Safety Saturday." Call it fun. Call it keeping my DMV record clean, with a smile! A while ago, a dad came up to me and thanked me for stopping my car and waiting, while he walked his young daughter across the library parking lot! I mentioned that I'd recently completed traffic school, & he commented that I must have gotten something out of it. Yes, indeed! I was super impressed with the way J.P. struck a perfect balance between comedy & learning about a serious subject. And, without a single gory video! The process of scheduling my appointment was smooth and very well organized, and everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. I would especially like to recognize my instructor, Luis. He is incredibly patient and does an excellent job clearly pointing out mistakes while providing helpful guidance on how to improve. Quite good, they give you a big list of lessons and mini tests that allow you to challenge…read moreyourself. The final test at the end is given as many times as you need. My experience with the customer service was nice as well, they all responded almost immediately. The only downside is the price they charge but it's not a bad option.
