Then, when I picked up my glasses, the lady was extremely sarcastic and unhelpful. It's like I was a burden to her doing her job, I guess she wanted to stay chatting with the front desk lady. If it's someone's first time wearing a certain type of glasses, how are they supposed to know how to use them? It's literally their job as an optical dispenser to help. Instead she was giggling & said, "I don't know why you're putting your glasses on like that, they're crooked," with an attitude. Keep in mind, My glasses were also very strong at first & i was trying to get adjusted to them, I didn't get any real help or guidance. I was way too kind to be treated this way. The lab, front desk, & optical department all need to be looked into because this is ridiculous. I hope something is done because I wouldn't want other patients to be experiencing this.

I've been a dedicated patient here for a while due to their outstanding services here. It's more than doctors, they're family here. Doctor Cyi is phenomenal, she's absolutely great to work with. She pays attention to all the details. She communicates very well, she's showed up for me so many times. I highly value here and the team here. Other places don't consider you, but at Gracelight community formally known as Queens has done something very special here. It's always clean at this location, gotten blood drawn, tests and it's always super clean and well maintained. The workers have been professional for the most parts of my many visits. I love how my doctor has shown through her conduct that I am valued. As a patient it's important and vital that you choose doctors and a hospital/primary care that genuinely are involved in resolving your health concerns. When I arrived, they tell me i need to make an appt for it. I schedule for a weekday and move my work schedule to come back, just so they can tell me they actually don't offer that and I need to go to my provider.
