She genuinely cares about her patients well being. She truly takes the time to listen and is always extremely helpful. As far as Dr. Guevara, I don't recommend her. I get the feeling she's just there to do her job but doesn't truly take the time to listen. She's ok if you have a typical cold. I went to her twice when I got hit my vertigo and she didn't do much to help me. Demetra on the other hand, helped me with referring me to a psychical therapist and a neurologist when my symptoms got worse. If it wasn't for Demetra, I would have left HCP a long time ago. Dr. Ryan has also presented the best kindness, care, professionalism and knowledge that is expected in a doctor. She actually takes time to talk with you and find out what's going on with you. It's a discussion about treatment and not an immediate pill pushing doctor, which I'm grateful for. My previous doctor didn't tell me of an existing tumor on my kidney from 13 years ago. I changed doctors and she encouraged me to get tests done and we found the tumor. Surgery done, and I'm healing. She's through and caring and I can't say enough about her tenacity about caring for her patients.

I don't know what's the exact ingredient that causes allergy reaction smh this sucks. For the record they are lipsticks/gloss from the maybelline brand. I noticed every time I put it? My eyes start hurting and wake up sneezing. They also said I'm not allergy to any food but when I eat mussels my body gets tingly and I have a hard time breathing??! Second issue was I had to get medical records. I just needed allergy test report. Literally the doctor just needed to schedule a 10 min phone consultation but they dont do telehealth so I'm forced to make a later appointment weeks out even though my son is allergic to milk and I now stopped breastfeeding and so had to figure out on my own how to resolve the issue. I then request them to send lab results to my pediatrician office and they have yet to receive it. Spoke to two different Liz's at this office and one of them said they would fax it before end of the day Thursday and surprise it was not faxed. It has been a frustrating experience, 3 days and could not get a simple fax for a copy of medical records i requested. I am beyond frustrated. Dont come here! You will play phone tag all day long and nobody calls back when they say they will. God forbid your kid goes into anaphylaxis. My kid has a nut allergy and a milk allergy but still cant get results and doctors advice is just Benadryl. My son was taken in an ambulance to the hospital once already, but this doctor doesn't want to release my records or tell me anything over the phone to give me a heads up of what i should do. It took more than half an hour from my appointment time, for me to see him. Then when I finally got to meet him, he asked about my broken bone maybe a total of 30 seconds. And then he proceeded to ask me about my sexual life. He literally asked me about my sexual life more than he asked me about my possible broken bone. I thought it was really odd as I've never had a doctor ask me so many questions about my sex life. I told him I was married and then he told me I should use protection if ever I have an encounter outside of my marriage, like what? Seriously wtf?? He had a creepy smile the whole time too. So anyway, it didn't stop there. A few weeks later, I received a bill from them. Confused, I called my insurance, that whole thing in itself was quite the ordeal that I'm not going to get into. Basically, long story short, after being on the phone for over 2 hours and being passed around different people to talk to, it turned out that their office incorrectly billed ME instead of billing my medical group. What a nightmare. I immediately asked to have a different PCP right there and then. On top of all that, the front desk lady was quite rude. So word of advice, avoid this clinic and this guy at all cost.
