Wish I could speak on Dr. Hsu however I never got to see her…read more Office doesn't answer phones, when I got frustrated and left an unkind message on my end, which I will admit wasn't my finest moment, I finally got a call back. They were however more concerned about the message than the medical care needed, stating they always answer their phones. Being more concerned about addressing the not answering phones comment than the actual medical emergency really says a lot about the staff. And they really don't answer phones because not even the insurance company was able to get through to them. Guess I really touched a sore spot there. Dr. Hsu should consider getting new staff unless this is actually a representation of her as a professional. But I've never actually been able to see her so I can't speak on her as a doctor. Such a shame. Update: I called multiple times so yes I did leave a voicemail with my information. Not only did I spend all morning trying to get a hold of you, but my insurance company tried too. They were met with no response as well and were very concerned that they changed my PCP immediately. When I got a call back it was because I upset you and I was never asked what medical support I needed. I was met with a "we always answer our phone, what do you mean?" So of course I was upset because I finally get a call back and it's regarding my comment. By this point, I had already changed my PCP and got an appointment for my medical situation. So, yes, I no longer needed your services. Regardless, I hope you can do better by your current and future clients. If you are unable to met demands it might be time to hire more hands or get a better system. My experience doesn't need to be everyone else's.

They're extremely helpful and efficient and return phone calls when you need them to answer a question or concern. Her office is like a Beverly Hills office in that it's a beautiful office and you'll walk in looking for the Nordstrom's piano player. It's that nice and extremely clean. Trust me you'll love Dr Hsu and her great staff.

I try to put this lipstick that I got maybe over a year ago to see if it was giving me allergy and it does make my eyes hurt few mins after I apply it. How can this not show on the test??!!! I don't know what's the exact ingredient that causes allergy reaction smh this sucks. For the record they are lipsticks/gloss from the maybelline brand. I noticed every time I put it? My eyes start hurting and wake up sneezing. They also said I'm not allergy to any food but when I eat mussels my body gets tingly and I have a hard time breathing??! Once my insurance coverage somehow lapsed and normally other places will…read morecheck prior to you coming in to make sure things run smoothly but I showed up and then they checked prior to me seeing the doctor and turned us away until I could correct the issue over the phone. Second issue was I had to get medical records. I just needed allergy test report. Literally the doctor just needed to schedule a 10 min phone consultation but they dont do telehealth so I'm forced to make a later appointment weeks out even though my son is allergic to milk and I now stopped breastfeeding and so had to figure out on my own how to resolve the issue. I then request them to send lab results to my pediatrician office and they have yet to receive it. Spoke to two different Liz's at this office and one of them said they would fax it before end of the day Thursday and surprise it was not faxed. It has been a frustrating experience, 3 days and could not get a simple fax for a copy of medical records i requested. I am beyond frustrated. Dont come here! You will play phone tag all day long and nobody calls back when they say they will. God forbid your kid goes into anaphylaxis. My kid has a nut allergy and a milk allergy but still cant get results and doctors advice is just Benadryl. My son was taken in an ambulance to the hospital once already, but this doctor doesn't want to release my records or tell me anything over the phone to give me a heads up of what i should do.
