I've been coming to this doctor's office for about three years and have never really had an issue…read more The doctor is amazing, and overall, the staff has always been decent enough. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I recently changed health plans and didn't have my new provider information yet. The office asked me to have bloodwork done before my appointment, which I actually appreciate. Since I didn't have the information LabCorp needed, I called the doctor's office to see if they could provide it. I was told they couldn't give it to me over the phone, which I completely understood. They told me I could pick it up in person, and I was willing to do that. However, even getting basic assistance from the staff member I spoke with felt unnecessarily difficult. I ended the call and went to LabCorp, hoping they could help using my ID and member number, but unfortunately, they couldn't. So I called the doctor's office again. This time, the woman who answered immediately accused me of recording the call, which I was not. She then acted as though she couldn't hear me, and the call ended. I called back, and twice the phone was answered and immediately hung up. After that, I called again, and the phone just rang and rang with no answer. What bothered me most was the way I was spoken to. I wasn't asking anyone to go above and beyond or break office protocol. I completely understand that certain information cannot be given over the phone, and I was willing to drive to the office to pick it up. There was simply no reason for the interaction to become so rude and confrontational. I also don't understand the immediate accusation that I was recording the call. If she heard a notification or a ping, people have other phones and electronics around them. I had my work phone with me at the time. The assumption, followed by the way the calls were handled afterward, was incredibly unprofessional. I did come into the office after that call, and another staff member helped me. She was very helpful and provided the paperwork I needed. She didn't go above and beyond--she was simply courteous and professional, which was all I was asking for. I really like my doctor, which is why I've continued coming here for three years. However, the manner in which the first staff member spoke to me was dry, rude, dismissive, and condescending. Patients shouldn't feel like asking for basic assistance is an inconvenience, especially when they're making every effort to follow the office's procedures.

Hands down one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had…read more From the moment I walked in, the energy in this office was tense and uncomfortable -- and it didn't take long to see why. The doctor was openly yelling at her staff in front of patients. Not correcting. Not guiding. YELLING. It was embarrassing to witness and completely unprofessional. If this is how she treats her own employees, imagine how little respect she has for patients. She herself was rude, dismissive, rushed, and cold. Zero bedside manner. No empathy. No patience. Just attitude. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a person seeking care. Watching someone berate their staff in a healthcare setting is a massive red flag. A doctor should create a calm, safe environment -- not a hostile one where everyone looks afraid to make a mistake. The poor staff clearly walk on eggshells, and it shows. Medical visits are stressful enough without having to sit in a room while someone throws tantrums and talks down to everyone around them. There are plenty of doctors out there who are professional, kind, and actually care about people. This is NOT one of them. Save yourself the frustration and anxiety. Don't come here. Go somewhere else. This doctor is awful, and this office is toxic.

I used to be with Kaiser for many years along with my children until I got to know Dr Linda Hsu's care by observing her in the medical field and getting feedback from not only her patients but also from staff in the hospitals, her colleagues and the community!!! I could not wait until it was time to enroll, and without hesitation, asked her to be my primary and my children's as well. It was the best decision I've made to know that someone truly cares about my well-being, physically, emotionally, mentally! She is a passionate woman who has so much love for mankind and dedicated to serve the community! She is a blessing!!! I also have to add that her staff in her office are very delightful and helpful!

I've called multiple times for different reasons and have left plenty of voicemails, but they…read morerarely answer their phone and never seem to call back. Days go by without any response, and I've had to go in person just to find out what's going on. It's really frustrating because a doctor's office should be accessible to their patients. I've called at different times and on different days, and it honestly feels like their phones aren't even being monitored. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in contact with your doctor's office when you need help or have questions. You should be able to get a response in a reasonable amount of time, especially when it concerns your health.
