Very friendly staff, even gave the kids some bread to feed the duck outside. The Philly cheesesteak was on par with what you get at a fair, slightly better cheese. The chicken sandwich was huge, tasted pretty good. The potato salad was unique and crazy good, was by far the menu item we were like eeeehhhhh not sure about this one, then we tried it and wow it's good. The place is an order out or delivery type atmosphere. Only 3 tables read more

Philly cheese steaks were seasoned, the cheese melted in your mouth, Onions, peppers and sweet peppers tied it all together!!! I imagine they taste like something similar in philly! Enough room to sit inside and eat or take it to go. The owner is SOOO sweet! And everything is cooked to order! Enough parking and no issues getting there. Tv on the wall so you have something to watch while waiting or eating. Try it! read more

When The Hidden Exclusive Grill moved to their new location, they added Saturday hours. Thank goodness because I no longer live in Jamestown. I literally drive from Buffalo to Jamestown a few times a year just to get a cheesesteak from this place. The owner's are from Philly and this is the real deal cheesesteak folks! Since the pandemic, they are open for takeout only. I like to pick up my cheesesteak and drive two miles to Lucille Ball Memorial Park in Celoron to eat my lunch at a picnic table by the lake. Just a suggestion. I highly recommend it. Always friendly people and legit, authentic cheesesteaks. read more

Subs were good, I did online ordering and still had to wait, but staff was very busy and apologized for taking longer than expected! Great place for Warren! read more

Everything was good but got an order of onion rings and only got 7 of em. Equaled out to 64 cent an onion ring.

Just tried the cheese steaks from here. Been in Warren for two weeks . Tried Chinese, pizza and now cheese steaks . My wife had grown up in south Philly and is a cheese steak aficionado ! She has eaten at almost every steak shop in Philly and her recommendations are highly sought after ! The Hidden Exclusive Grill gets her seal of approval! They had a ton of good quality meat , great cheese and the bread was just O.K. I thought the sandwiches were outstanding and this is now our go to place for subs . The only negative was the woman behind the counter told my wife when talking to her about their subs versus Philly subs that Philly subs were trash compared to hers . I have 40 years in the customer service industry and in 40 years I can say I never downed a competitors product to a customer . I always highlighted our differences . read more

Hidden Exclusive moved to a new location from the last time I reviewed them. Today I ordered an 8" cheesesteak from DoorDash. Food arrived quick, within 20 mins of ordering. Well packaged: brown paper bag, container, wrapped in foil with a napkin around it like it was tucked in for bed haha! (check the photos) Food was still warm and it was excellent. read more

I'm so happy I saw this on yelp I'll be back and often especially when they start delivery in a few weeks. These cheese steaks , home fries, and the potato salad were top notch! Really cool little place with a super friendly owner/cook and he bangs out amazing food. The potato salad is so fresh and original on lettuce seriously we cleaned out plates it was so good. read more

I have to commend them on the advertising. It works. The woman at the counter was very sweet. I grew up outside philly...what these folks make is decent, but it is not an authentic philly cheesesteak. Philly sauces are never mayo, ketchup, mustard, or miracle whip. Yikes! The sauce is either the beef fat and melted cheese on top of the meat to keep it moist or, if you are going upscale, a bechamel sauce. Tomatoes were plopped on top. Some Onions were raw in there. The sandwich was decent. But no way you can call it original. The fries were fried in a way past rancid oil. They should be able to tell just by the smell. Nasty. For the price and hassle...totally not worth it . Too bad, Would love to find a decent place. NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

Great food. Monster is too small a word to describe the crispy chicken sandwich. Huge! And delicious. Recommend highly.

Friendly service and delicious food! Their food is made to order so it's fresh and the menu allows for customized sandwiches.

Hidden gem that I had the fantastic pleasure of stopping at. I got an 8" cheesesteak and side of onion rings. Can't say enough about this cheesesteak! The bread was soft, the meat cooked to perfection, great grilled onions, and lovely touch of white American cheese. They truly know how to make a cheesesteak! Plus, throw in the outdoor seating and it makes for an awesome stop! A must try for anyone passing by! read more

What a gem of a hidden spot! I found this place while traveling for work. First of all, the owner and staff were super friendly. They recommended the smoked mushrooms for the philly. Boy oh boy, that changed the game for me and I now regret ever having it - caz I prob. Can't get it anywhere else from other philly cheesesteak places. So good! When the owner see that I was on a 5 hr drive route, he gave me a little extra to try: Their fried chicken strip with spicy chipotle sauce - ANOTHER GEM!! So good. Good food, friendly staff and owner. One of the best damn phillys I ever had. Highly recommend from a person who travels to Philly often and had many legendary philly cheesesteaks before. read more

This place is an awesome little dive in Jamestown, NY off of Rt. 394 (w 6th st.) Coming around the bend of the bridge you almost miss it. The Philly Cheese steak with onions is a melt in your mouth bundle of savory goodness. My only complaint is they were a little light on the meat for a sandwich over $10 with such simple ingredients. Quality and taste was amazing. Service was great. Hours change seasonally and they will close down early if business is slow. When I've stopped in I've never waited more than 10-15 mins for my Philly and you have to option to pre-order online so it's ready when you get there. Support this Business!!!! read more

When you first walk in you wonder what you got yourself into. But the food is amazing. Their potatoe salad was fresh and garlicky. Yumm. Had the chicken philly and was probably the best one I've had in 25 yrs. Don't let the appearance fool you. The food is d^*# good. read more

I stopped in for the first time today, the food was really above average. The cheesesteak was perfect but the potato salad was off the hook. I don't know what's in it but it's amazing. We were treated like family, I was very impressed. I'll certainly stop back next time I'm in Jamestown read more

I've been here twice and it's out of this world good. I'm crazy about their phillys and crazy about their home fries. the owners are cool people that talk to you and you can watch him make your meal if you sit at the bar. my favorite place for a hot sandwich. read more

If you're in Jamestown and craving a Cheesesteak, this is the place to go! The hours are a little hard to keep track of, but whenever they are open, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Help local businesses like this stay open and go get yourself some good eats! read more

I thought that this Philly cheese steak was very dry and tasteless. I'm not sure that they use the correct cut of meat maybe? I only went once and will not be back. It tasted like microwaved beef on a roll. read more

I'm a Jersey girl. My cheese steak sub standard is The White House Sub Shop in Atlantic City. The absolute best cheese steak subs you'll ever eat. The Hidden Exclusive was NOT The White House but the sub was delicious! We shared the cheese steak sub with provolone, grilled onions and hash browns with onions. I so badly wanted to try the potato salad but that's only in the summer. The hash browns were very good and complimented the cheese steak very well. My husband and I spit the 9" sub combo and it was enough for us. We will go back when we are in Jamestown! read more

Im on the middle of the road with this place. I don't want to give them 4 stars, yet I feel it was worth more than 3. Pros- Great woman taking orders. She was very nice, even came over to our 5 year old with some free ice cream for her which made her day. Philly Cheese steaks pretty good, obviously why we went there. Cons- This one bugged my wife and I. If your going to have a place to dine in- Do NOT have a NO public bathroom sign. I have a family of 5, and we come to your establishment to sit and enjoy your food. With a 5 year old there is always the possibility of a pee dance before you know it.. Also, being able to wash our hands after touching greasy food would of been very nice afterwards. Price seemed a little over...?? not by much- just a little, enough where you judge the value over price when your looking at the food that gets sit in front of you. Maybe some actual plates would of been nice to instead of foam, or something that represents the dine in experience. I know- everyone's a critic. But- what makes a philly for me- is bread and I think the bread didn't have that little bit of crunch on the outside which to me personally can make or break read more

Awesome cheesesteak at a great price! Would recommend 10/10. If you are in Jamestown this is a must stop

Where do you get the greatest cheese steak sandwich? The patented answer is Philadelphia but that answer is incorrect. In my opinion the correct answer is Jamestown NY. Pat's and Gino's who are the kings of cheese steaks in Philly can't hold a candle to the quality of sandwich you can get here. The passion that Jason the owner puts into providing a consistent high quality product comes through with the very first bite. The cheese steak here is a made to order custom sandwich. The sandwich comes on a toasted sub roll with steak cheese and onions. You want green peppers. Jalapeño peppers, mushrooms, mayonnaise, miracle whip, chipotle sauce. You got it for a slight up charge. The combo includes a drink and the option of either home fries or potato salad. Both are made while you wait. Today I drove fifteen miles out of my way to enjoy a meal here. It was well worth the drive. read more

Great cheese steak , small restaurant good friendly staff just a randomly selected stop off when I got to town

No foolin'--I know a good (cheese)steak when I have one, having sampled the best when I lived in the City of Brotherly Love, and Hidden Exclusive Grill is up there with the best of Philly. Not only that, but the pizza cheesesteak was a new kind of amazing. read more

I can't believe it! As I walked to the front door I thought, "This place is just a hole-in-the-wall diner." I almost moved on. Boy am I glad I didn't. The place is a bit rough looking, but the owners have made it as cute and homey as they could. It's the food that really stands out. Awesome Philly Cheese, and the Potato Salad is to die for! Just goes to show that you can be creative with food even in a tiny hole-in-the-wall diner. Kudos to the owners for making it friendly and all about the food and the customer. Keep it up and you'll be needing a bigger store! read more

My wife and I stopped here on a Monday afternoon a little after the normal lunch time. We were the only ones there but our lunch was wonderful. The cook recommended the Philly Steak sandwich with a twist . You could have it with Brazilian style chicken so we got the 16 inch sandwich 1/2 chicken and 1/2 steak with grilled onions and peppers. ( the 16 inch sandwich is plenty big to share with another). It was awesome and came with a wonderful side of homemade potato salad. I highly recommend this place and the staff were extremely nice as well. Clinton C. Abilene, TX read more
