Paid $4 with tip since it was $12. Every evening, they serve the best ooey gooey cookies ever! free! Marriott also loaded a $25 gift card to my account that expired soon, so I went next door to the Marriott and spent it on two bottles of water, a seltzer and a fruit cup and paid $4 extra. My room size was ok, but the tv didn't work, the phone didn't work, the safe didn't work, the room lighting was poor and the pillows were the worst quality pillows possible. I let them know the next day and they couldn't fix anything so they just moved me to a new room. But they don't help me at all and I had to move my own stuff at 9:30pm after a long day. In addition the valet was so slow it didn't make sense to use them. You'd literally wait 20 minutes for a car. They had in room coffee but it was gross and the water out of the sink tasted weird. I also asked for a slightly Kate checkout and they said no initially. I know they don't have people coming to the hotel for the week so it was surprising the couldn't give me an extra 30 mins. But I ended up bullying them into giving me the 30 mins. They did say my key might stop working and to just stop by the front desk a they would make me a new one. Not sure I'd stay here again even though they tried to make things right for me.

There were only a few items that were still warm. The coffee was cold. My two year-old nephew was in a booster seat that literally fell apart while he was in it and he fell to the ground. I asked for the manager. The district manager came out and did zero to make things right except for bring over a new booster chair he smiled in our faces and seemed like he could absolutely care less. We didn't hear from him for the rest of the time that we were there. We will never come back.
