    Goodness I.

Ordered pick up on a Saturday night when craving Chinese food and presented with a different option. If you're craving traditional Chinese, maybe don't come here, bc it's definitely a different concept! The food was flavorful, unfortunately the delivery time was continually pushed and our food arrived pretty much cold. I ordered my dish with no spice and pretty quickly realized that my lid was likely switched with another dish and I was eating the wrong food-thankfully, I had no allergies! I don't think I would return.

Solid food for the price if you're craving handmade noodles. Broth in the herbal beef soup is flavorful and the "high" spice setting is truly hot (though pleasant). If I could do it over again, I wouldn't order the #2 udon-like noodles - I think either a thinner noodle or the ribbon hand pulled noodle would work better. The dapan niu was also deliciously pleasant, the ribbon hand pulled noodle did good, the texture, the taste, the tinge of sweetness. Service was pleasant, hospitable, lovely. Ambiance is fine. I can do without the view of the trash bins right outside the window, but the wallpapers were fascinating!

Absolutely amazing spot! Portions are amazing, staff is super friendly, and the food is super tasty! If you have great spice tolerance (like me), definitely recommend the highest spice level :)

Good solo date. Seating is bar stool style. Large groups are probably not a good idea but 2-3 is fine. Noodles were thick and chewy. First time trying hand pulled noodles. I ordered medium spicy. Still coughed lol. Tread lightly. Otherwise delicious.

So initially, I really love this location and love the fact that we had a handful noodles in the neighborhood and I went to visit again after having a great first time visit and they got my order completely wrong and we're frustrated when I asked them to correct it prices also increased randomly so after waiting another 20 minutes, I grabbed my order went home to eat it and found Hair inside of my food. Very disappointing. I literally just want to refund. I tried calling the store a few times and don't even get a response again just truly disappointing $20 on food. I can't even eat.

I decided to visit this location and I have to say I prefer this one because the customer service was outstanding. They were just so friendly and helpful with helping me decide on what I wanted and what level of spice. I mean it was just the way I was greeted and treated. I decided again to pick up some dumplings for my girls and some Dapan Niu for myself. I have to say I enjoyed my noodles a bit more this time because of the flavors and I actually got to pull my noodles this time, but I still think they need to find away to make it better for those who are taking it home. The time you get it home it stills just stick together. At least my noodles weren't broken into pieces this time but they were stuck together. Anyway I still enjoyed my meal and I think next time I'm definitely eating in on the spot. As a matter of fact I know I will visit again because they made the best Lychee Ice Tea I've ever had. I'm getting a couple of those just because lol. If I can finally get the pull like you see them do on social media and in a video they broadcast on location then I will be changing to five stars. For now A thumb up and Happy Yelping!

On Google Maps this place is known as "The Noodle" so almost thought I was in the wrong neighborhood. I ordered the cumin stir fry which starts at $14 but I had it with lamb and the handle pulled noodles so it cost $18.50. They were good, not my favorite though. Some of the lamb was a bit chewy. I also ordered the hot and tangy pork & chive dumplings ($10.50 for 6). I love how they came in the broth/soup but it at the same time it took away from the flavor of the dumplings. They were a bit on the doughy side. I really appreciate how they let you choose the spice level! I played it safe and went with low which didn't give it much heat and that was fine with me. If you order high or crazy high there's a note that states "no refunds" Took at least 10 minutes for Mr to get my order to go. They have about 8 stools that you can sit on if you want to enjoy your food there.

I prefer the Scallion + Ginger Stir Fry.

This place did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing and flavorful. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. It was my first time and the young woman at the counter recommended and explained the dishes. The service was great.

This place might just be my new obsession--I ordered two days in a row! And yes, I've got the receipts to prove it. Both times, the food hit the spot. Feeling under the weather from traveling, I went with the Herbal Beef Soup with their special hand-pulled lamein noodles and the hot and tangy chicken and shiitake dumplings (you do have to pay extra for those noodles). The flavors were so rich and comforting, I was genuinely sad when I finished. You can tell everything is made fresh--the noodles and dumplings were next-level. The lamein noodles were thick and flat, which made slurping a bit tricky, so the next day I ordered the same soup but switched to lo mein noodles. They were thinner and perfect for slurping. Overall, I'm obsessed and can't wait to come in person on my next trip to try more!

Good spot if you're in the mood for tasty Chinese food. You have to order your food via a kiosk that has the meals with pictures. The food takes about 10 minutes to come out. I would've liked to be able to wash my hands somewhere but there's no bathroom for customers. Prices are decent. There isn't much of a dining room but there's a small table that run alongside the wall with some chairs.

We ordered takeout, let me start by saying I'm not a fan of this type of cuisine but since my (pregnant) daughter loves it, I decided to indulge this day. We ordered the noodles traditional style with lamb, it was seasoned well and the regular noodles were firm not chewy and pretty tasty, Thai sweet chili chicken wings were cooked too hard and dry , the sauce dribbled on them didn't make em any better, it didn't stick to the wings enough for me (thumbs down) and we got the broccoli with garlic sauce. The delivery service was on point no complaints, the place is a quaint space. Overall my daughter loved it but as for my taste I'll definitely go back and try something different on their menu to get the experience

Pork and chive with medium spice - yessss

My friend and I came for a weekday lunch. We were the only ones eating here; this spot mostly has a strong delivery and takeout game, it seems. The eat-in spot is fairly bare and counter seating. The menu is short but well curated. You can order on a tablet, which shows pictures and lets you choose spiciness levels. (The hottest level is described as incredibly strong.) We split two dishes with medium spice, which I'd say was still quite strong. Great noodle texture, though noodles were so long that it was hard to eat/cut with the utensils we had. We got extra spicy crisp sauce on the side, which was a great addition. The guy working in the main area was so kind to bring it to us. I can't wait to come back and try more.

Incredibly unique flavor bomb with a powerful spicy kick

Immediately you can tell this is a location that is designed for comfort food and mainly serves as a takeout location. The area is small yet has a charm to it. Famous for their handmade noodles, and I had to try them out! I did takeout and so the food was a little cold because I live around 30 mins away. I can tell right away the noodles definitely hit the spot if you need some noodles, some heat, and a tinge of home! The pricing is really fair for the quantity and the quality speaks for itself. Dapan Niu is fantastic but comes with pre-set spice. Beef broth is one of their most ordered along with the Stir Fry. Would definitely come here again. The service was pretty standard and friendly. As it is a takeout place there is nothing there. Ratings are based on food, scallions were a bit lackluster.

Pork and chives dumplings - very satisfying, filling is moist and flavorful, wrapper is chewy and not too thick. Recommended

The beef soup is clear and light and the noodles have a delightful texture, with a slight chew and good bounce. There's a good portion of braised beef as well. Tender but a bit fatty for my taste, but given the portion it's not going to kill you. Lamb burger ended up as overkill and will be consumed as leftovers but a quick sampling let me know that it's gamey and fatty with strong notes of cumin. Not a bad thing, but something to note for people that might not generally enjoy lamb or cumin. Black pepper beef rice bowl was solid too. Spice wise, you can calibrate accordingly but I'd recommended at least their regular spice level. Decent amount of tenderized but still chewy beef. Both dishes came with a salad of celery, carrot, cucumber, peanuts and seaweed strips in a light sauce. Couldn't quite figure out the sauce but it was lightly tart and refreshing. Space is clean and modern. Neutral wood, well lit. Service is friendly enough. If you dine in, you order at the kiosk and they'll deliver to your table. We had leftovers that they graciously packed up. Solid choice. I hope they stick around as they do bring a different cuisine to the area.

The Ahi Tuna was the perfect and proper color it should be. The flavors were SPECTACULAR-WONDERFUL!!! NOTE: WAGAMAMA has added to their menu, since my last visit, so you now have a RAMEN SELECTION, and other yummy additions. I was too full from my spectacular Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl to try the Korean bbq Chicken Wings ($8.95) but, I will definitely be back to try them!! I'll post menu photos so you have an idea of the delicious food choices. (April 2026) My very first delicious bite of Ahi Tuna had a heavenly garlic flavor, it was wonderful, and the sweet green seaweed with rice only added to the wonderfulness. Vertical slices of cucumber, onion and scallion, also add deliciously to my wonderful Poke Bowl. Toasted sesame seeds, too. SIMPLY MARVELOUS!!! Remember to be sure to mix the poke bowl rice as you eat, so that you mix the rice with the yummy sauce that may accumulate at the bottom of the poke bowl. I usually eat a little while, THEN, mix the rice. This was so good, I had to eat, eat, eat, before I could stop to mix. LOL. That sweet green seaweed was so yummy!! A lovely mix of flavors...the garlic, the sweetness....I LOVED IT ALL SO MUCH!!!! When was the last time you enjoyed a dish so very much that you felt like standing up in the restaurant and telling everyone: THIS IS SOOO DELICIOUS!!!! Well, I felt like that, but I didn't stand up and tell everyone, but I did tell the manager, who happen to come to the table to ask how everything was. And I let him know how much I was enjoying the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. He explained why and how the tuna was so flavorful. We had a delightful brief foodie chat. What a joy!! The service is very nice here. I like the atmosphere too. And the music, which is cool; it does not interfere with thinking, or having a conversation. I really like it here . The women's rest room was very nice, and clean, with a Dyson Hand Dryer, so no paper towels on the floor. Yay! Helping our environment, too!! And I like the black and white wall paper, too. See my photos My last visit I enjoyed the Pad Thai, and the same non-alcoholic beverage, " Asian Mint Limeade", from the MINDFUL DRINKS area on the beverage menu. ($9.50) (April 2026). A nice treat! It does have a light carbonation (bubbles). This visit my delicious meal was from the BOWLS SECTION of the food menu, it was the AHI TUNA POKE BOWL ($17.95) (April 2026) With warm, and hot weather on the way, I know I will be enjoying this AHI TUNA POKE BOWL again...and again! We were guided toward the back, past white marble tables with beautiful mustard colored velvet chairs to the long countertop facing the open kitchen. We scanned QR codes to pull up the menu, and despite no omakase noodle offerings to be found, decided to stay because the menu options they did have sounded too good to pass up. Of course they had classic shio and miso ramens, but they also had a duck tsukumen, a red snapper ramen, a black truffle ramen, and the dish I set my sights on-- the uni mazemen. There were also lots of appetizers and a long list of high end onigiri featuring proteins like scallop lemon shio, A5 wagyu ponzu, and bluefin chutoro on offer. This place was the real deal. Our group shared the tebasaki wings-- so crispy and so flavorful, I could have inhaled a whole plate of these. The salmon, ikura, and apple appetizer that was served in a glass chalice was superb but even better was the bluefin tuna avocado sashimi with wasabi. That one was a winner across the board. And then my uni mazemen, which really stole the show. There was a very generous portion of uni that mixed with the savory sauce and al dente ramen noodles perfectly. This dish was rich, unctuous, and fresh and definitely delivered in value, though it was double the price of most other noodle bowls. Uni is a delicacy. Having just returned from a second trip to Japan I can say this place is really as good as any restaurant I visited in Japan, and it's right here in Murray Hill. These Murray Hill bros are lucky.
