I had such a great time here, to see the Martin Lawrence comedy show! The venue was beautiful and clean. Seats were easy to find, and the attendants were helpful. The only thing was that I wasn't able to bring my purse in, because it was bigger than 5" x 7". The parking garage was free, which was nice.

I love the new and improved hall. It is beautiful. I love the decor, lighting and acoustics. I always have a good time. I can't wait until my next show.

After seeing a few events-all with varying layouts, I would say overall it's a decent venue, but the quality of the experience is really dependent on which layout is chosen. My experiences varied between: -open standing room only- fantastic- not a bad spot to stand, great acoustics, nice lighting- very enjoyable -stadium seating-rows of 'rented seeming' connected foldable seating-very cramped, super annoying when someone on our row bounced or moved we would feel the vibrations-lots of bad view spots-less enjoyable -folded chair seating- rows and rows created in an U shape to allow for audience intimacy-achieved the goal, allowing us to interact with one another while still seated-very enjoyable Consistent easy parking only a quick walk to get inside; TIP: if you want to eat/drink do it before entering the venue because drinks/food are so overpriced once you're inside, but are reasonable at varying restaurants within the casino Staff is always friendly & welcoming, ready to help & navigate

The venue is pretty nice. It's large-ish yet small enough that there is no bad seat. There is a bar that runs along one side of the venue. The lines do get pretty long, but as we were entering, there was an opportunity to buy drinks right there at the front and we skipped over that, but in hindsight, it would've been a good idea to get the drinks there instead of waiting in the long lines.

With that said, this place is not for everyone. Sadly it was frustrating alone dealing with the parking situation. I parked so far away! Next, there was a band playing music, cool, but don't know any of their songs or the covers they were doing. The other room was 100% line dancing that if you didn't know it, you stayed off the dance floor and stand in place. There's a bull riding area that I saw a professional bull rider do tricks and that was cool and they intimidating. The drinks were really good and not overpriced! Star for that! And finally I just didn't have fun and I'm actually a dancer. I think you either love it or hate it. I didn't hate it, but I probably wouldn't come back again.

We love traveling to different line dancing communities, experiencing new places, and connecting with people through dancing. That's what makes situations like this so upsetting. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and respected, regardless of their religion or appearance. The line dance world is a very connected community, and experiences like this naturally get talked about. I just hope this establishment reflects on the kind of environment they want to create moving forward, because this was deeply disappointing to hear about and unacceptable.

So this review is going to be short and sweet, but with one VERY important note. Those of you who…read moreread my reviews know I typically review either really good or really "not so good" restaurants. I'm breaking my own rules, because I feel the 3.9 rating is pretty accurate, with one 5 star + exception. This was a business lunch and a convenient location so there we were. The duck fries as an appetizer were good but needed to be seasoned with a little more salt. I had a strawberry salad with some grilled chicken that was good with the greens, but dry as the desert with the chicken and borderline inedible. Here's the twist!!! My two compadres both had the grilled cheese and lobster sandwich. They both looked at me sheepishly and said, you f ed up!!! William was kind enough to break off a substantial bite and let me try it. Angels sang, children wept, and I almost passed out! It was the kind of perfection we all agreed we would have eaten 5, maybe 6 of these unnaturally awesome sandwiches until we passed out! 3.5 Star service, 4 Star ambience, and some 10 Star bites! Cheers, JimG

The staff are nice, but service and the kitchen seemed a bit slow on a Sunday early afternoon towards the very end of brunch despite the area we were seated only had a few tables filled. The Crab Cake Eggs Benedict was nothing special - feeling like a flat, single-note dish.. Perhaps it was that the hollandaise sauce lacked the acidity (usually from lemon juice) to brighten the dish. Or, that the nod to Maryland - the Old Bay honey - drizzled around the edges of the dish wasn't enough to elevate it to something that is savored with each bite. The Fluffernutter Blondie is a good dessert choice if you love blondies and peanut butter. Although, it was a bit drier than I'd like, the texture was still soft.

They host free 2-hour weekend summer concerts June-Aug by all different kinds of bands, and they ask for donations. We've heard great rock n roll, country, rockabilly, pop, everything. There's a snack bar selling sodas, ice cream, chips, and candies to benefit the theater. At a break in the music, they sell fresh hot pizza from Peace a Pizza, a independently-owned branch of a pizza chain, whose owners are active in the community. And several times recently we brought food in from nearby bbq and mideast restaurants. Alcohol isnt allowed because it's a public park. There are benches that seat about 50 people, centered in front of the raised stage, and 90 per cent of people bring their own lawn chairs. The acoustics are great, and it's fun to hear bands cut loose with their big speakers when i've mostly seen them in local bars. I'm talking about you, Crush! People often dance in front of the stage. The amphitheater is ringed by shady trees and a handful of picnic tables. There's lots of parking a short walk through some woods, and there is a good amount of disabled parking (permit required) right up by the snack shack. If the hill up from parking is too far or too steep for you, there is a drop-off area up near the shack. There are ample clean restrooms and port-a-potties there too. We've probably been to half-a-dozen shows here this summer! The fresh air and sunshine are so sweet!

We really enjoyed the Steely Dan tribute band which performed in the evening. The show attendees were mostly middle aged, which is a plus, because the atmosphere was fun but calm. Bring your own lawn chairs or blanket and you can also take your own food & beverages (I don't think you can bring alcohol though). Since it's a smaller venue, anywhere you decide to sit provides a good view of the stage and is not a long walk to the restrooms and food trucks. The outdoor venue is very well maintained and there is a slight elevation as you go towards the back area. This is good because you can see the stage better no matter where you position your lawn chair. There are enough trees to provide a good amount of shade. There was a slight breeze in the air which made it more comfortable. For the kids, they have a sand box and we observed this really helped to keep them occupied, during the show. There is ample free parking available and you can also park on the high school grounds which is across the way from the venue. Plan to get there at least one hour, before the show, to get a parking space closer to the entrance as well as to select a preferred spot for your lawn chair. It's best to sit a little further away from the stage because of the speakers. The regular restrooms were clean and they additionally have a few portable restrooms (though I do not use those). Do an internet search, of the website, for info on annual concert dates, rules, etc.

When we arrived, it wasn't too busy, so we decided to play some arcade games before lunch. That turned out to be a mistake because by the time we were ready to eat, there was a wait. We were told it would be about 15 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 25. The arcade room was quite dark, which made playing pinball difficult. When I asked a staff member if the lights could be turned on, she explained that the owner prefers to keep them off. I hope they reconsider, as better lighting would make the arcade much more enjoyable. There are single-occupancy restrooms near the arcade that were much less busy than those by the main dining area. Since our last visit, we also learned that the former liquor store next door has been converted into an overflow dining room when the main restaurant is busy, and it's also used for private events. Despite the wait, Angie, our server, was excellent. She was personable, attentive, and even happy to take a group photo for us. The food was great. I especially enjoyed the Old Bay wings, rockfish tenders, soft shell crab sandwich, and waffle fries. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal, and we look forward to returning.

She was so excited she rented the party room and paid a lot to have the food catered. We had 56 people so a very large party but the room just managed to fit everyone, however it was a very tight fit. We had two servers Braiden and a tall gentleman who were helping out but it appears it might of been too much for them to handle on their own. The food was taking forever and one table didn't get service until about an hour and half in. By the time I got up to get my food everything was already gone! There were three shrimp left in the pan and we only saw the tall guy twice through the whole visit (they should have been checking on people more frequently) someone should be stopping by and reachable every 20 minutes as it was a lot of people with a fixed menu so it shouldn't have been this difficult. If they were doing the checks like they were supposed to, there wouldn't have been empty pans with people upset they missed a round of food. I never got to get any of the other options because by the time the second round of food did come it was already gone (this tells you people were hungry) and no one came to replace the food in a timely manner. My aunt and uncle were so disappointed as we trusted them with a big event like a 70th Birthday and they definitely missed the mark here. We've had great experiences at Copper Canyon with the same amount of people for my Aunt's Birthday with no issue, great service and great food. The food here was also not great and took far too long. What were they doing? Making each pan once the other ran out? You need to be ready to replace ASAP no one wants to wait until they lose their appetite to get their food. You need to be at the very least doing refills and then checking the pans periodically. This was not done and it was such a disappointment to my uncle he actually pulled our service to the side and told him this was not the level of service we expected for how much money we spent here. Others also ordered drinks and food on top of the menu that was fixed so they definitely made a lot off this party for them to do us this dirty is unacceptable. I don't usually write reviews this bad but it was really a terrible experience for everyone and felt like a complete waste of money. This is a nice spot if you want something quick but for parties this size they are ill-prepared. Please save yourself the time and embarrassment and look at other options because this definitely was not it and they knew they weren't able to accommodate this size party with just two people and it showed in the level of service they provided. I was so disappointed I only ordered a drink and pushed away my plate. The shrimp tasted weird to me and I love seafood, plus we never got to have all the options like sliders they had on the menu is how slow they were to replace the pans. Everyone commented on how long they were taking and how the food was not good here. This was a negative star experience - skip this place if you care about who you bring here. I wouldn't even bring someone I didn't like very much here honestly. Normalize letting companies know when and where they miss the mark so they can improve because man let me tell you I'd want my money back if it was me.
