We have no clue what caused the problem but my husband noticed as he pulled into the driveway that…read morea portion of our gutter had come attached from the roof. There had not been any weather or wind to cause this - it just happened. And it had not been that way when we he left for work in the morning. I took a photo and entered a request into Yelp asking for estimates for the roof repair. Timeless Exteriors was one of the first to respond. They were able to come to the house pretty quickly and assess the problem. It was not something that could be immediately fixed, so they promised to send an estimate the following day. As promised, we received the quote and scheduled the work. Timeless Exteriors communicated well, showed up as promised and finished the work in a timely fashion. We were charged as quoted. They did a nice job in the fix and we would hire them again. But hopefully that won't be necessary any time soon. Highly recommend.

They were pretty backed up due to the weather but were at my house within the time quoted which was two to three weeks. The crew arrived as scheduled and were very professional. Not only did they fix the issue I called about, but went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order. They actually fixed some additional issues and were done within an hour! They were very honest and explained what needed fixed now and what could wait. I highly recommend Professional Gutter & Drain.

Updated 10-05-2026:…read more Was the work completed? No. Did that stop them from filing a lien? Also no. The workers were great - they got in, they did most of the work. But then they missed the higher up gutter and didn't connect it to the lower gutter (something specifically called out on their FIRST VISIT and discussion of work to be done, and a FOLLOW UP EMAIL where they said "yes, we will do that work.") Plain and simple, it's a gamble that you'll get what you paid for, but at this price, I had bigger gutters/downspouts and leaf guards added for less than other companies wanted for just a leaf guard. But the inability to complete the contract and then demand payment when I can't afford a lawyer? Does NOT leave a favorable feeling. Update: so they were paid in full - after the lien was filed, before their work was completed. Now they're demanding $200 extra to remove the lien, saying "it's in the attached invoice" - which it is not. So they filed a lien BEFORE work was completed, they were paid IN FULL before work was completed, and now are hassling me over $200 that they claim is in the "attached invoice" (hint: it is NOT in the invoice!) So - I'm going to say "not worth the hassle" and seek someone else. Maybe I'll get it resolved this year, who knows.

They were the easiest to work with, the most professional, the most timely - and all at a reasonable price. They were great, and I will be using them again in the future.

I'm sure if I'd said it was urgent they'd have tried to come sooner. They came out a week or so after I called to check things out and give me a quote. That guy, Matt, and the later handyman were friendly and efficient. Then another few weeks till they came out. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

Chris Buck was the project manager and unlike other experiences I have had was very attentive to ensure the project moved along smoothly and with quality work. He dropped off materials in advance so workers were ready to proceed upon arrival; he stopped in to check on the work at each stage to make sure quality work was performed and also was to my satisfaction. Communication was excellent, I always knew when to expect what to happen. I said my main goal was to have the room look brand new as though nothing had happened and that is exactly what they did. I am thrilled with their work and especially with the professional and pleasant attitude Chris displayed. They were recommended by my insurance company and I would not hesitate to use them again.
