Overall really great food and drink. But when it's busy, it's busy. And really hard to navigate and figure the sometimes cluttered layout. Saying that, it's clean and is a great stop read more

Great spot to grab brunch or a quick lunch. The menu has something for everyone. A tad more expensive, but worth it as a special treat!

This spot is a gorgeous and welcome addition to Wayzata. Unfortunately, the staff we encountered were rude and needlessly curt after they made a comedy of mistakes trying to figure out their own seating system. We hope this business works out the kinks, but as of now, I cannot recommend dining there with so many other established options that are eager to welcome back customers. read more

Order Luke's cheeseburger, & fries and bacon, when I received the cheeseburger, it had no bacon Asked for my bacon and was told there's up charge wish I would have been willing to pay have I been informed the young girl settle by saying sorry, didn't even bother asking if I still wanted the bacon poor training. Of course this was all after she spoke to her supervisor reason for one star read more

Loved! Clean and pristine with all the right touches. You first order coffee/drink and then on to meal counter and by the time this is done your table is ready. The customer service was good and breakfast was not disappointing. I absolutely loved the decor and the touches for the fall season. read more

Great food, fairly priced. Nice service and a sweet outdoor patio. It's a block from Wayzata Main Street so it makes for a perfect evening to take a stroll after a great dinner. read more

Expensive lunch spot, but we agree--some of the best sandwhichs we've ever had. Everything was really fresh, service was friendly and accommodating, and social distancing was well enforced. We had (and would recommend) the Harvest Veggie Sandwhich and BLTA (BLT + avocado). Also, blueberry basil scone was to die for. For sure a splurge, but worth it! read more

Horrible service. The barista was incredibly rude. The barista handed me one of my drinks but then forgot about an ice tea that I ordered. I sat at the bar waiting for the ice tea for 10mins. I finally walked over to the barista and said I also ordered an ice tea. He said "okay" and then just stared at me. I then said "okay" and then walked back to my seat. He was standing there talking to another employee. I sat for another 5 mins waiting for him to put ice and pre brewed tea into a cup. This was the guy barista. The girl barista stood there shining wine glasses. I'm in disbelief of how rude they were. read more

Overly expensive for what the food is, not worth it. The place was crowded and really noisy when I went. Good place for hipster moms who wear big floppy hats and drink pumpkin spice lattes. read more

Good food---- BUT it's Mother's Day and they said NO OUTDOOR SERVICE- tables are wet and they don't bring your food outside- you're expected to take it to go! No silverware allowed outside- it was literally taken from me. On Mother's Day you choose not to bring food outside and treat customers like second class citizens when seated outside- when you charge what you do! Terrible Mother's Day experience- next time we'll go to Cov where I feel respected and valued- and better food! read more

AMAZING new restaurant in downtown Wayzata with lake views! Farmhouse Modern feel inside and out. -Carnitas Tacos: Best tacos around! 10/10! -Brazilian Mussel Stew: WOW! Hearty portion and strong flavors! 10/10! -Seasonal Chorizo Pizza: Great flavor! Good crunchy crust. Spicy! 9/10! Great beer, wine, and coffee selection. read more

Food is ok, about what you'd expect for Wayzata. Unfortunately no public Wi-Fi and the cell service here is horrible. I suspect they do this to limit time at the table, the result is that it isn't a place to have lunch alone. Go with friends and enjoy some social time but don't go alone without printed reading material. read more

This is my favorite spot in Wayzata. The service is always very fast and the staff is always super friendly. You can tell all the food is very fresh and healthy. The only thing is it's a bit on the pricey side but that's expected for how organic their food is. read more

The service is horrible the barista guy with the man bun and beard is so rude and disrespectful. The matcha is so milky and they refused to fix it for us. They also ignored our presence and didn't serve us until we waived them down which is so wrong. He spoke in a condescending tone and didn't give us eye contact when he spoke to us. NEVER GO HERE!!! read more

If you're looking for a great lunch spot, look no further! Although the seating process can be a bit chaotic, and it's a bit pricey, the food is really good! We've stopped here for lunch twice now, both times when there was outdoor seating options, too. So I'd recommend going early now that it's cold out to reserve a spot indoors. We recommend both the Hot Smoked Salmon salad & Autumn Salad. Great flavor combinations! Definitely try the autumn sale while it's on the menu - such a great combo with the added blue cheese, cranberries, poached pear, smoky maple vinaigrette & so much more! Try their plain lemonade and sangrias, too! read more

Very fun and unique place. Food was excellent. Getting a table was not easy. Showed up 15 min after they opened on a Friday morning and the place was PACKED! You have to stand around and watch for a table to open and then hope someone that showed up after you doesn't swipe it from you. Only downside is they don't have someone to seat you. It's first come first served and no validation on who gets the next table. Other than that, I would highly recommend! read more

We love this place!!! Ask for Tommy he is a wonderful server. All of his suggestions were amazing. We will be back soon.

We get it- it's hard to hire people. But this place is so unprofessional at times that it seems like they have taken on a concept that they aren't prepared to execute on. The same is true from the service to the food. There are occasional highlights with fresh salads (kale caesar stands out) and okay baked goods (that chocolate chip cookie is just meh). But all are overpriced and may come in a charming atmosphere but don't deliver overall value. Especially when you factor in the stress of navigating everything. Amateur hour. read more

For the food, I would definitely give it a 4 out of 5, maybe even more. The scrambled eggs with snow crab toast was delicious and just enough for a nice meal. My husband's country Benedict with sausage gravy on wonderful biscuits was delightful. However, for the set up, I would almost have to give it a 1 or 2 out of 5. It was very busy - as a Sunday morning would be. Given that you have to go up and order food and tell them your table number, it would be fine if there was more than 1 person taking orders, but there was only 1 person. Several groups in front of me had lots of questions about the menu - so it took 30 minutes for me to order, during which time my husband was wondering what was going on - plus he just wanted some water but since it is self serve, and he was outside, he couldn't leave the table to go get it while he waited for me to order. I think it would have been okay if there were 2 registers open, taking orders or more - or if there was a way you could order from your table. But, as it was, with the busy time, it was not very enjoyable until the food came - which also took a good deal of time. One last good note, however, it is a beautiful setting; love the marketplace and the outdoor seating was very comfortable. read more

My husband was craving the french toast he's had before. They suddenly changed how they make it now. It comes in a small skillet and it just wasnt as good. Less fluffy in height and smaller portion. I don't know why they had to change a great item. I had the avocado toast which was very good. Tiny fruit cup with a couple berries accompany the bkst. Fruit portion downsized for these prices was disappointing. Order is serve at counter and someone brings it to table. read more

Overpriced, overrated, over it. Woman at the counter told us to go sit (with our masks on) and wait for our sandwiches, then the manager came over to berate us for sitting indoors. The owner was sitting in the corner "wine tasting" with no mask and several full glasses of wine, not tasters. $7 for a small bottle of hibiscus lemonade?? Cold "hot" apple cider." Garbage. read more

We had the most regrettable experience at Grocers Table last night, so unfortunate since we enjoyed previous dinners here. My wife ordered and asked that the tuna on her tuna niçoise be cooked all the way through. The server returned and said the chef "couldn't" cook the tuna longer than how they normally prepare it. This was bizarre since my wife has ordered it that way before at this restaurant without any push back and enjoyed it. We told the server this and she went back a second time but returned to say the chef will not cook the tuna longer, and sadly began to offer my wife alternatives on the salad such as tuna salad and items, like chicken, that my wife does not eat. When we asked for the manager, the server indicated she was the manager. My wife told the manager/server that this situation is messed up (using other words) and she agreed. At this point, we both decided it was time to pay for our drinks and leave. Our bartender, who was experiencing the entire exchange between us and the server, also indicated this situation was ridiculous and told us we didn't have to pay for the drinks and app we'd ordered. We couldn't get out of this restaurant fast enough. We let them know that we would not be returning. It was heartbreaking to have a rare date-night and beautiful evening ruined because the chef was unwilling to cook tuna an extra 5 minutes. We've dined at many restaurants, and asking for slight modification of food is not uncommon regardless of the cost of the meal. This chef's refusal (3 times) to cook the tuna just 5 minutes longer was nothing short of arrogant, narcissistic and really unfortunate. read more

Unfortunately it feels this place has gone down hill since they started offering a full service dinner. The food is definitely overpriced like others have said. The Kale Caesar is awesome, but many of the pizzas, sandwiches, and kids meals are just ehh. The staff are nice and friendly, the location is fantastic, and decor is really nice. They need more food offerings and more reasonable prices. Hopefully they figure it out and things get better. read more

We really want to love Grocer's Table and have now tried them three times hoping that it will get better. Sadly no - the first was to pick up a to-go package of meet, etc to grill. It wasn't ready, there were about 10 people standing around yet no one would help us. Once they did we had to suggest to the other 9 that they should offer to help the woman behind us. Really disappointed. The second was a to go order. We were excited about the tacos and the sandwich. The sandwich was very small for the price and the tacos were pretty awful (very awful) - the only highlight was the meat on the inside but the tortillas were flavorless and hard, and the other seasonings couldn't save them. The third was an attempt to pick-up a few things at the market. They were at capacity inside (appreciate attentiveness to COVID rules, would love them to keep tabs on that for people stopping by to get coffee, bakery or market), I get this, but was again disappointed with the staff, they seemed to feel I was in the wrong asking what was going on. Grocer's Table, I really want to love you but you keep disappointing. Lots of press is great, but please improve your actual experience. read more

I went in and was over the moon at the comfortable atmosphere. After listening to Kenzie offer the daily specials, I decided on the Chili as a starter and Pasta with Prosciutto! I will make it a point on my next visit to bring my family and friends for some delicious dining and relaxed surroundings. My compliments to the chef! read more

I hate to give a bad review during covid, but this place is NOT good. Beautiful space, but they are serving cold, congealed deli items. You can see them scooping it right out of the refrigerator case, like at the grocery store. They don't even taste as good as Byerly's or Whole Foods deli. Also super expensive - like $20 jars of jam that you can buy at the grocery store, nothing special. So sad that this place is not as good as I expected (nothing like Lynhall, or even D'Amico's) read more
