The staff is nice, friendly, attentive and happy to answer any questions. I ordered a slice of pizza (they stuff the crust with Brazilian cheese) and they have a couple to choose from. Their coxinhas are fresh and they have chicken and beef. They have baked goods (including fresh bread) and pastries. I ordered the pasteis de nata and it was tasty. The parking was a little tight as it was a small complex that housed several small businesses. Once inside, we were amazed at the design and interacted with several friendly employees. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing because of the interaction I had with an employee named Adora. I always order the egg white sandwich with over-easy eggs instead, and while I completely understand that mistakes happen, the sandwich had to be remade multiple times before it came out correctly. That part did not bother me at all - what bothered me was the attitude and demeanor I experienced from this employee while trying to get it resolved. A friend of mine mentioned she has had a similar experience with the same employee, which made me feel like this may not have been an isolated situation. That makes me sad because this really is one of our favorite places to visit, and I would hate for other customers to leave feeling uncomfortable or dismissed. I still absolutely recommend this spot, and one bad experience will not keep us away. I just hope this can be addressed so future customers have the same warm, welcoming experience that made us love this place in the first place.
