We stopped in for breakfast and had amazing pancakes with homemade maple syrup, along with an egg sandwich served on Texas toast and perfectly cooked hash browns. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and incredibly satisfying. We will be making weekly trips to Cheyenne over the next several weeks, and this will absolutely be our go-to breakfast stop every time we are in town.
