Customer service to door dashers is non existent. We understand you have a sign out front that says you need a hot bag. However, said sign is a typical menu sign, and is not visible from the south. We understand the frustration and take full accountability for forgetting the bag. However, people don't deserve to be belittled as soon as they walk in. We didn't even explain that we were from DoorDash until after the women belittled us, we could have been an actual customer. Have the day you deserve. read more

We finally decided to try The Finishline Cafe. It's a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. It is decked out in racing decor, which is pretty cool. I had the special which was garlic sausage and eggs. It was pretty good. The garlic sausage was very flavorful and was a little charred, just the way I like it. The hashbrowns were crispy and salty, but not too salty. The scrambled egg and toast were ok. Hubby got the chicken fried steak and eggs. The gravy had lots of sausage and was ok. I was with a group of four and we stopped in at about 8 on a Saturday morning. This is a small breakfast cafe with a total of about 10 tables. Only two tables were occupied so there was plenty of room for us. We seated ourselves and were greeted immediately with coffee and menus. Our group ordered biscuits and gravy, bacon, pancakes, and sausages. I ordered French toast with strawberries and side of sausages. I was especially happy with my sausages and my French toast pretty good. However, the "strawberries" were actually out of a can of strawberry pie filling. Considering it was late June, I expected some fresh strawberries. Some menu items were rather pricey at $14. My French toast with strawberry pie filling, sausages and coffee cost me $19. Everyone in our group enjoyed their breakfast and will come back. It's not five star dining and it is a little pricey but everyone enjoyed the food. On the downside, it is a MAGA owned restaurant so I would be Careful about where your money goes. read more

First time in the area from Tennessee and found this wonderful breakfast cafe in Gering NE. Biscuits and homemade gravy, sausage links, over medium eggs and hash browns. All was delicious. A neat NASCAR themed cafe. Definitely worth the trip. read more

Highly recommended. Great environment and cozy feel. Amazing service. Fresh and flavorful food. The bacon was some of the best I've ever had. Crispy but not crumbly. So I'm back again, sooner than expected, and have asked for pancake, eggs over medium, burnt hash browns, ham, and water drink. Not much has changed for likely many years. And that's a good thing! Another great breakfast place in the Scottsbluff/Gering area. It's a small place with a basic diner breakfast and lunch menu, but the food is delicious! It's worth looking for! This place is easy to miss; the address may be 10th Street, but it's actually one block east of 10th and a block north of Country Club on a street called Red Barn Drive East (according to the street sign). You can see it from 10th though, it is attached to the south end of a large red barn-shaped building for Marky's Meat Market. Disappearing are the locally owned, mom and pop cafes of old, which is really too bad, because I personally enjoy them.
