It had a nice creamy earthy flavor without being too sweet. I also wanted to try one of the flats and I asked the woman working what she suggested. She said the cinnamon is their best seller and that's not something I would have chosen on my own. But I am so glad I asked her because it was absolutely delicious. It was like a dessert.
