I met a friend and, although we sat for a while, we did not feel rushed at all. Traditional breakfast (scrambled eggs, sourdough, hash browns, and bacon), French toast, almond milk cappuccino and refresher were all delicious.

Turns out, one is expected to grab a couplet menus and find a seat for yourself. The instructions about this were a bit rude. Found a table, checked out the menu, and went to the counter to place an order. Asked a question about the sausage they use ( there is a local company that makes great sausage) and got a shoulder shrug response. Between our two plates, we received sausage, bacon, ham, and steak breakfast meats. Would not recommend any of them. Point of sale is a tablet device, and I was informed - rudely- that no printed receipt is available. The tablet did indicate that the assumed tip choices were 20/25/30 % for counter service. Overall, prices are not terrible. If the service were decent, this could be a decent place. The menu appears to have some interesting lunch options. I noticed there was a lot of take-out activity happening. Might be an ok place to grab a lunch if working downtown area. There are some nice views out the large windows to watch traffic of the downtown area. The floors were very dirty. Every table in the place had food underneath, and we stepped over a lot of potatoes between the door and the table we chose. Menu pics included for information. With a better service experience, this place has some potential for ok food at ok prices.

The food was what I was expecting and hoping for....rich, indulgent food, that met my savory and sweet cravings. We were greeted immediately upon walking through the door and were instructed to sit any where we wanted. We had plenty to choose from around 10:30am on Saturday, even on a holiday weekend. All of the open tables, were clean and ready for new patrons. The restaurant was about half full and appeared to be mostly regulars, as they were chatting with the staff and each other. I love local places that know the locals that well. Our drink orders were taken within a minute of sitting. The hot chocolate were rich and creamy even without whipped cream. I opted not to have it added. I ordered a blueberry muffin as my "appetizer". They offer it as is, or grilled. I love it grilled and it was good and not too filling. For our meals we ordered a table pancake (meaning, a pancake for sharing). It was fluffy and perfectly good - nice and hot. They have "syrup" and it reminded me of being a kid and having Log Cabin syrup. I didn't ask, but it didn't taste like pure maple syrup. I ordered the corned beef hash skillet with a grilled english muffin. It was perfectly cooked and it was delicious. It tasted like canned corned beef hash and I was not mad about it. I truly wanted comfort food and this hit. My friend had the S.O.S. (gravy with beef and pork) AKA Sh*t on a Shingle. It looked soooo good and she stated the biscuit and gravy and meat were good. We took our leftovers home, which will tell you, the portions were decent, the food was delicious and no delicious food would be left behind. I recommend this restaurant if you are interested in diner food, with quick friendly service and plenty of space. I definitely want to come back and get the S.O.S.

Kristina, our server, was outstanding--super friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond by letting our son turn the model train off and back on, which totally made his day (and ours too). Moments like that really stick with you! We also want to give a big shoutout to Patrick, who took the time to show Noah their awesome fish tank and chat with him. It's rare to find staff who are not only professional but also take such a personal interest in creating a great experience for kids. Now onto the food--the beet salad was phenomenal (fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented), and my wife had the chicken stew, which she said was comfort food at its finest. We couldn't resist grabbing a slice of pie since it was on special--let's just say we didn't leave a crumb behind. If you're ever in the Richmond area, we'd love to return the favor! Stop by Morning Moose Coffee and try our handcrafted drinks and fresh mini donuts--we love meeting fellow food lovers and locals. Thanks again to Kristina, Patrick, and the whole team for making our visit so special!

Was tough making our choices but the special this pizza truck had sounded so good! It was called Twister and the part that got us was the peach whiskey BBQ sauce and it tasted so good. Service was great as we were greeted with an enthusiastic smile. Also the pizza was made extremely quick and was perfect eating temperature when I got it. The cheese pull was to perfection and each and every bite made me want to go back for another. The pizzas are personal sized and priced well for the value I believe. I would like to return and try some other toppings in the future as well. Well made pizzas with plenty of toppings and delicious crust. Also for those who may need it they do offer gluten free option. If you are a fan of pizza and come across this truck give it a try. Friendly and fast service with a tasty pizza.

The best part is how freakin amazing their pizza is. I'm a pizza snob so everything has to be perfect for me to eat a slice never mind a whole pizza.
