Been coming here for years when stopping around the area. Food is great and they are a family business. Just sometimes service is slow for a fast food place. Other than that we love all the food and even the mango lassi.

    5. Beef and Chicken Kabob with Rice.

This Greek Kabob is a hidden gem. A lot of Greek Kabob places are very salty over flavored, so you need to drink a gallon of water. The flavor of this chicken and beef Koban meal was just perfect. The Greek Kabob is located in side the mall food court. There is a big screen TV for every one in the food court to see and there were plenty of seats available. NOTE: There was one person in the front and one person in the back area cooking. Because this meal was made to order it took 10 Minutes. Over all food was excellent and service was above average for food court meal.

This is 2 portions of beef kabob.

Sorry to say but this place just isn't very good. Ordered 2 portions of Beef Kabob from their side order menu. Quantity of meat wasn't impressive. Kabobs were overcooked, well past medium temperature. Had a hard time getting them off the stick. Also the seasoning they use isn't very flavorful, more salt than anything else. The side of tzatziki sauce was just ok.

ROACHES IN THE FOOD!!! REPORT THIS BUSINESS AND CLOSE THEM DOWN FOR GOOD!!!

Ordered the gyro plate. It was very good, loaded with flavorful meat. Side of fries were also very good. I'd come back for sure.

I ordered the lamb pita wrap and watched them grill the meat over wood-fired coals. It was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. If you're a big eater, order an extra skewer and have them add it to the wrap. We also started with the Labneh with garlic, which was a fantastic - it's fresh and vibrant. All of the breads are made in-house in their tandoor-style oven, and the pita served alongside it was warm, fresh and spectacular. The ordering process is simple - order at the counter, take a number, find a seat, and pick up your food when your number is called. The staff was clearly busy, but when I asked a few questions about the business, they were more than happy to stop and chat. I complimented them on both their operation and the food. They seemed genuinely appreciative. I think places like this are special because they are a well run kitchen with people who care about what they're doing. And in return it comes out in their product - really good food. The ovens and cooking area are customer facing, and everything is made to order right in front of you. The interior has the feel of a one time American diner with floor tiles that match the chairs. But make no mistakes about it, this is far from that. And when I was sitting there watching the person grill skewers over the wood coals, I was thinking that this restaurants kitchen was being run like I was sitting in an open-air café in Beirut. Authenticity is on full display here and it's appreciated.

It's like dining in a sun-soaked courtyard by the sea. Yes, it's a little kitschy--but in the best way. It totally adds to the charm. I've been here a few times, and every visit's been a win. It has a true mom-and-pop vibe, the staff is always warm, and while things can slow down when it's busy, that just means everything's made fresh--and worth the wait. (I don't mind. I came to enjoy, not rush.) This round: We started with a crisp, fresh salad and their classic hummus with pita--simple, bright, and the perfect kickoff. I had the Koofteh Meatballs--jumbo Persian-style beef meatballs stuffed with apricots, simmered in a tangy tomato sauce and served with basmati rice. The meat? Tender. The sauce? A whole flavor moment. My other half went with the Bagala Polow, a slow-stewed lamb shank served on dill basmati rice with lima beans and a side of lamb au jus. That dill rice? Unexpected and so, so good. Bonus points for the community vibes: While we were dining, someone celebrated a birthday--and they shared their mango cake with the whole restaurant. Such a sweet surprise that shows the spirit of the place. Final thoughts: Decor - Slightly kitschy, totally charming. Like eating in a postcard. Food - Flavorful, fresh, and made with heart. Community - The kind of place that turns strangers into dinner party guests. Our go-to for Mediterranean eats--highly recommend!

I ordered the Beef Shawarma and my wife got the Musakhen with fries. The Clam Chowder was good. I've certainly had better, like at Market Street in town or at the Brigantine in the San Diego area. The server was kind of stumbling over his words when he described it and until it arrived I wasn't sure if it was going to be New England clam chowder or Manhattan. He proclaimed that it was the best clam chowder you'll ever get at a Middle Eastern restaurant and I can't really argue about that. The Beef Shawarma is served in a wrap that is open at both ends and cut in half. They put a small portion of pickled items on the plate and dust everything with sumac powder. The beef is thinly sliced. I really didn't enjoy the flavor. The greens in the wrap were extremely bitter and in my opinion it made for an unpleasant flavor. Maybe I just got extra bitter greens on mine but it was overwhelming everything else. I didn't like that the wrap was open, I had to lean over my plate as I ate because the sauce was dripping out and I didn't want to get it on my clothes. Eventually I gave up and used my fork to pull the meat out of the other half so that I could avoid the bitterness. The Musakhen (that's how it is spelled on the menu) was also a wrap. I tried a bite and I liked that better than the beef Shawarma but I still didn't really like something about the flavor. The fries were nicely crispy and fresh but there is a seasoning on them that really wanted to be on my fingers more than it wanted to be on the fries or my napkin. Like no matter how hard I tried to wipe it off there was still some of it on my fingers. Once again there was something about the flavor I didn't really like. My wife eventually offered up some of the aioli and it made it a little better but once again I didn't really like the flavor of the aioli. So for whatever reason the flavors there just aren't for me. My wife on the other hand was very excited about everything and was talking about all the things she was going to try the next time we visited. I didn't want to be a negative bummer during the meal but I was thinking she was going to have to come back with someone other than me. The restaurant is nice and they have very good service. There were a few other tables of large groups and it seems like this is a place that works well for get togethers. Parking is not adequate at all. We got a spot but only because we got there at 4:50 for dinner. I overheard other people talking about the trouble they had finding a spot.
