From the time he received the photo in horrible shape (the cracks had been held together with duct tape), Andy was confident that he had everything under control as we held our breath. He was great in communicating with us and taking our ideas about what we wanted done. We were delighted to find out that once he received it he developed a plan on how he was going to do the restoration. We knew he was the right photographer as he did an amazing job on each of our children's weddings. Everyone had remarked about his beautiful work and loved him. We recently received an email of the before and after and couldn't be happier with them. We now are awaiting the actual restored photos with great excitement. I would have him work on any restoration project that has sentimental value to you. When dealing with these photos you realize that if someone doesn't have their heart in their work and messes it up, you only had one shot, and the project would have been permanently destroyed. Andy worked with the love we had for this photo and it definitely shows. Highly recommend his work in restoring photos as well as any photography project, wedding, portraits, "just because" photos. Many thanks, Andy.

I had installed it into my present house and my wife and I enjoyed looking at it every time we walked into our bedroom. Last year I noticed the glass was coming out of the leading holding it together. Upon further investigation I realized that the wood frame was rotted on the outside causing the issue. The glass was literally sinking out of the frame. After searching the internet I stumbled across Art Glass and Studio. I'm sure glad I did. Lawrence (Law) was a pleasure to work with! He was honest and realistic about his timeframe for assessing the situation and actually getting the work started and finished. I really appreciated that he let us know that he is a busy guy handling a number of projects at the same time but would give our window his utmost attention when our time came. He gave us plenty of options for the repairs working with our budget and suggesting different methods for reinstallation of the window. The option we chose was to make the window a decorative piece instead of an actual permanent window. That way if we move again or our children want the window to stay in the family after we're gone it will be easier to move it to the next place. When it came time for our window to be worked on, I removed it from our house (my choice to save money) and took it over to his shop. Law started on it and kept us informed as to how it was going. Once started, he finished it quickly and it looks great! In this day and age of "bait and switch" it was such a pleasure to work with someone who actually does what he says and does great work. This window was built around 1870 and thanks to Art Glass and Studio (Law) it should have another 150 years of in it. I highly recommend them

I want to write this review in hopes of helping potential customers in the future…read more We had a fantastic initial conversation with Tom about pouring a patio for us at a great price. He came by the house a few times to confirm the layout and we were ready to begin the process. However, he quickly became unresponsive to all of my outreach. All we needed from him was a quote and a drawing of the patio and he would not supply us with the necessary documents to keep the project moving along. He refused to respond to text messages. He ignored my phone calls. He would not reply to emails. He completely ghosted me. I had my wife try calling him from her phone and he answered right away, only solidifying my belief that he was choosing to ignore me. He confirmed with her that he was sorry and he would provide us with everything we needed to move the project along. We initially met in May and he assured me he could get it done early June. Finally, after weeks of outreach we decided to move on to another company, but not before Tom's lack of respect for us not only held up another project that was working hand-in-hand with him, but now we're months out from getting a patio done because we wasted our time with TD Custom Framing Solutions. In closing, I implore you to make sure you have a plan B when dealing with Tom. He was unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly, shady.

Alseb Group: A Disastrous Experience I am writing this…read morereview to warn others about my experience with Alseb Group for a Deck rebuild project that began on June 4, 2025. The outcome has been nothing short of a complete disappointment. Initially, the project seemed promising, but it quickly spiraled into frustrating issues. The team consistently used shoddy wood, craftsmanship was horrible, with at times looking like a child cut the wood. When I expressed concern, I basically never heard from them again. The quality of the work itself was the most critical failure. There was a blatant disregard for craftsmanship and attention to detail. Specific examples of poor work include: * Bowing rails 1 week after completion that Alseb Group refused to fix * Numerous boards not cut to proper length, leading to nothing lining up. * Refused to finish last part of contract because they said they weren't making enough money. When confronted with these issues, the contractor was Defensive then unresponsive. My attempts to resolve these problems were met with silence and a complete lack of professionalism. Ultimately, I was forced to hire a separate, qualified professional to fix the shoddy work, incurring significant additional costs. The final result is a project that is subpar and incomplete, and has cost me far more than the initial estimate. I have everything documented including all misleading texts and pictures. I will gladly share with anyone thinking of using this .company I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring Alseb Group and to look elsewhere. The lack of communication, un-professionalism, and extremely poor quality of work have made this a truly disastrous experience.

Alseb Group far exceeded our expectations for our flooring project. It is difficult to say which…read morewas more impressive - the high quality of the work or the customer service. From start to finish, they were professional and transparent. They listened and worked with us to complete our projects. At no time were they condescending or forcing a hard sell of something we did not want or need. Each member of this family-owned and operated company was an absolute joy to work with and I could not praise them enough. My siblings and I were preparing our family home for sale. After being abandoned by a general contractor with whom we were working, we sought a reputable company to restore our 100-year-old maple floors that had been buried beneath decades of carpeting, padding, staples, wax, and glue. Although we knew it was a tough task to restore the floors, we knew it was possible. Where other companies balked at the condition of the floors and either attempted to inflate the price of the work or sell us on purchasing new flooring, Alseb Group came to our home, assessed the work to be done, and told us exactly what was needed without peddling fear. They were honest in stating that they could not work miracles but would be able to restore the floors. The quoted a very competitive price for the job and provided an itemized quote that clearly conveyed the cost for materials and labor. They also provided a clear timeline for the job. They did not shortcut the work. They did a high quality job from start to finish, taking care to deliver the best result possible. Although they stated that they could not work miracles, the result was truly miraculous. The floors look amazing. Photos do not do them justice. We also hired them to install laminate flooring in a bedroom, which turned out great as well. We were so impressed with their work that we hired them to complete additional projects including installing flooring in a kitchen, breakfast room, and pantry as well as repairing a 100-year-old weather worn wood exterior door. They took care to level the entire kitchen and install a subfloor rather than simply placing the new flooring on top. With the door, they did an amazing job removing the rotted wood and creating an embellishment that retained the character of the door. They worked with us to select the perfect stain for the door. Now it looks better than it has in nearly a decade. Additionally, they repaired and painted a rotted wooden window frame. Their attention to detail is rare. Their experience and expertise were a gift, as they made us aware of things we had not considered and took time to make sure that we were pleased with the results. There were numerous benefits to working with Alseb Group. Of note, they were fast. They completed the work in expert fashion in the estimated time frame and were always punctual. Communication was always clear with quick responses to questions. They were transparent and explained the work to be done and went over the work once completed. As imagined with a 100-year-old property, our projects were not easy, but they completed them with ease. They were problem solvers who offered great suggestions and ideas for completing our projects within budget. They gained our utmost confidence and appreciation throughout the process. We could not be more pleased with our experience working with Alseb Group. They demonstrated great professionalism, expertise, and integrity. I highly recommend them.
