I would definitely recommend Scott and his company to anyone that has these gopher or other rodent or pests in your yard. After trying to get rid of these rodents in our backyard for a couple of days, we were fed up and decided to call around. Scott was one of the few that actually return to our message. He scheduled for a meeting the very next day and came to our house to explain his processes as well as different options we had. He charge $225 for three visits over a period of one month. He set up some 7 traps in the backyard and within 2 hours, one of the traps was triggered! We gave him permission to visit our backyard while we were at work and he kept a good communication with us throughout the process. He asked for permission to show us pictures of the Gopher that was caught and I appreciated that gesture to his customer. Couple of days later , we noticed one of the traps was triggered and gave him another call. He came by again the very next day to address the traps. We're glad to to report that we haven't seen any activity in the backyard and happy to be rid of these pests. I was having a terrible problem with gophers in my backyard. I contracted Scott to try and help me. He set his traps that were a joke. One gopher came right up next to the trap. He came back and used his oxygen tank, He only used it in 2 spots. Gophers were still active. He came back and took his traps out. Within a week there were more holes and damage from the gophers. I called Scott and he said his contract was fulfilled because he came 3 times. The 3rd time he came was only to get his traps. I have used Scott twice, the first time Scott was successful at catching a gopher. I had another animal show up a year + later and I called Scott again. This time Scott was not able to catch the animal in his traps, on his second return to check his traps he suggested he use Co2 to try to suffocate the animal. While we have no confirmation he killed any animals, I was still plagued with damage in my yard. I called Scott five months later to discuss the situation, I'm lazy and that was my fault. There was no warranty, which I understand the terms. Because the animal was on both my neighbors property and my property Scott wanted my neighbor to share the costs. My neighbor was fine with Scott working on his property but not willing to pay for services, his yard is a mess. The price Scott quoted me was WAY too high for me. Especially considering what I considered was "a miss" on Scott's previous attempt at killing the animal, Scott respectfully disagreed with "no proof an animal wasn't killed". I called another firm, got a dramatically lower quote and they caught an animal within a week. I normally don't post feedback but the pricing between the two firms was so dramatic I had to share, and they were successful (with proof) and professional. Scott is very communicative via text and he was successful at catching the first animal I hired him for, hence the three star rating I've given. Know the terms of your agreement, expect the possibility that no animal will be caught, and always shop around! read more

I first noticed my plants/flowers slowly disappearing out front until I noticed this gopher eating them right in front of me. I called them and they came out right away, same day. I had moles not gophers but they put out traps and were able to catch a bunch of them within two weeks. Scott was very responsive to our gopher problem, which was complicated because the gopher was digging in our neighbors' yards as well. It took all three visits to get rid of it, but it's been over a week with no signs of Mr. Gopher or his buddies anymore.
