As I stood there trying to figure it out, an employee came over to help and quickly realized how tricky it was. He consulted a colleague for a second opinion, and then they he called over Max, who happened to be on his lunch break. I told Max he didn't need to interrupt his break, but he insisted he was happy to help. He wasn't convinced the first option would work, so he kept testing different ideas and talking through possibilities. When Feliciano came by, the two of them compared notes and agreed on the right connector. They were absolutely right. We installed it when I got home, and it works perfectly--no more leaks. Thank you to the Goodman's Hardware team for the great teamwork, and a special shoutout to Max for going above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed.

Yes, the selection looks great here…read more I bought two showy milkweeds specifically to feed monarch caterpillars and asked this nursery if they treat with BT (considered an organic treatment that will kill caterpillars). They confirmed they didn't treat with BT and even had monarchs within a screened area on-site that were maturing. Literally the moment I fed a leaf of their milkweed to my 4 hungry growing monarch caterpillars, they all stopped eating and started being sluggish. The biggest caterpillar wouldn't eat through a leaf even though it was previously eating leaves from my yard down to the stem and left a weird brown residue on the leaf surface from this nursery's plant. Then it's next poop was red. All very odd and sad things to see since they were all so active and had huge appetites when I fed them the same species of showy milkweed from my yard. They've since all died, within ~3-4 days of feeding them milkweed from here. I don't know what they treated their milkweed with if not BT, but everything I've read online indicates these were classic signs of the guts breaking within the caterpillars from BT and killing them from the inside. So disappointed that I fed their plant to our monarchs. The one was probably a day away from chrysalis and was really big until it stopped eating.

I'm very disappointed with this experience. I purchased a backpack from Pottery Barn in July,…read morespending over $100, expecting quality and durability. After only four months of normal school use, the backpack began coming apart at the seams. When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged the backpack was defective but said they would only issue a refund or replacement after receiving the item back--even though they no longer carry the same backpack. As a parent, this is unreasonable. My child still needs a backpack for school, and I shouldn't be forced to either send him without one or spend additional money because of a product defect. For a premium brand with premium prices, both the product quality and the customer service response were disappointing. This experience has made me reconsider shopping here again.

The colors did not match. I had to spend an hour on the computer with customer service chat. Also, I bought sheets that were irregular or defective in the pattern and all they offered me was 30% off in a customer credit. I went into their store and the customer service store was not good at all The comforter that I bought is luxurious and beautiful, and I paid a lot for it and that's what I expected. Was it to be beautiful, but I did not expect the matching shams to be a different color from the comforter. ALSO IF SOMETHING GOES ON SALE THREE DAYS LATER, AND YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU DO NOT GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT. This company wants you to return the item and re-order it for the sale price. It was a difference of almost $200 in the items that I had bought in the beginning December and a week later such an inconvenience!

Founded in 1948 by visionary ceramicist Edith Heath, the brand is an icon of California modern design. The items here are undeniably expensive, but the timeless design and constantly updating of color palettes make each piece feel special. In 2003, the company was revitalized by husband-and-wife product design and business team, who thoughtfully reinvented the brand. Heath is a great example of how with a good steward, classic design can be successfully revived and made modern. I find Heath to be a good spot for finding special design focused gifts.

I stopped by today, with my mom, to buy my sister some gifts for her wedding. I loved the new colors I saw - they had some yellow bowls and bulb vases that I was seriously tempted to buy, in addition to the other items. What I didn't love was the lack of customer service. I don't expect or want to be waited on hand and foot, but a simple acknowledgement would have been nice, rather than having multiple employees just watching us the entire time. I ended up purchasing from the seconds section and buying less than anticipated due to the overall vibe. I try to be understanding, and perhaps something was off for them today. Regardless, I was so uncomfortable in the store that I waited outside while our items were gift wrapped.
