Regarding their products, they are one of the few companies that prioritize non-toxic and sustainable solutions. The furniture is built to last and very worth the investment. IDF Studio and specifically our designer Blaire Schenck transformed our home in 2025…read more We found IDF online and liked what we saw on their web site. Their interior design work was so tasteful and made such great use of color; it really appealed to us! We contacted them and soon had an initial phone call with the founder and CEO, Kassin Adelman. Soon after, everything started unfolding nicely. I think we contacted them in May last year and the project was 98% finished just before Thanksgiving. Blaire was assigned our project and we had the best time working with her. We wanted work done on the whole interior, except the kitchen and bathrooms. She asked us a lot of questions to get to know us and she and another staff member (Callie) took measurements (tons of measurements) to be used for CAD drawings. We had a few Zoom meetings where Blaire shared initial and then more developed designs with us. We received documents to approve purchases (that they handled). We used their recommended contractor (R5, Emerson Duque) for painting and lighting upgrades, fireplace remodel, new closet doors, etc. The contractor and his team were the best we've ever worked with. Blaire's designs were amazing. So beautiful and fun and unique to us. We are big fans of music and cycling and color and art. Blaire worked these themes into our home so beautifully! Her design and use of our art and photos was spectacular. We have to mention her emails- they were wonderful. So complete and full of ideas and options and explanations. And always kind and positive (and funny!). We went into the project a little unclear as to how much we would need to spend, and also unclear as to the scope of our project. We had an initial budget in mind but wound up going over. However, what we got was so worth it. We have no qualms whatsoever about increasing our budget to get such nice work done. Lara in purchasing was also amazing to work with. Just like Blaire- always helpful and cheerful and responsive. We are extremely happy we hired IDF Studio to turn our home into a space so unique and beautiful. 100% recommend.

I…read moretried to return them 20 hours later; UN-opened and the owner refused claiming that "bedding in non-returnable by law" which doesn't apply to unopened items. It is up to the vendor to make that decision. I had to go to the credit card company and file a dispute which is the "nuclear" option... I hated to do that but I was reasonable in my dealing with the sales woman; she did all she could. It was the owner who did not try to compromise or even discuss with me personally. Don't buy bedding unless you fully intend to keep it.

I also didn't realize it was an hour till closing and as I was browsing she was following me around the store impatiently (I didn't ask her to help me pick out anything) and just responding shortly to anything I glanced at or picked up. After maybe 10 minutes of that she finally said "sorry we are closing in a hour, so unless you plan on buying something I can give u a gift receipt." She then created the gift receipt manually on some receipt form and the whole time is condescendingly telling me that they have NO digital records of any store transactions so i better not lose this receipt, okay? And I better come back in soon to buy something and not wait forever. The entire interaction just made me feel small for no reason at all.
