Fantastic at every step of the way. We ordered a trampoline and accessories online, and Veni called me the same day to set up the day and time of the delivery and assembly. That's no easy feat at our place, which is about 40 stair steps above ground level, but the two-man crew arrived on time and set up the trampoline way more efficiently than I ever could. Noticing the trampoline was not exactly level, they even asked for a hoe to make a few small trenches and even everything out. These guys are amazing. I called them to ask about checking for safety on a ~10 year old playset that's bolts were coming loose. I ended up having them do the maintenance, as well as powerwash, sand and re-stain the surface of all the wood, and they were available within a few days! I was amazed at how long the installer spent power washing, it was insanely thorough. During the job, we found the wood was rotted at the bottom of every post and around the baseboards. We could have left it, but they proposed a few options to fix, and we decided to have them chop off all the rot and replace the baseboards with pressure treated wood. This required disassembling the entire set, chopping the wood, reconstructing the bottom and then staining and assembling it again. They spent all day here, for the second weekend in a row. When they finished, it looks brand new. It's unbelievable how much better it looks, and I feel way better knowing it's safe and will last for years to come. For this amount of work the price was very reasonable. The manager/owner was also very responsive to questions and communication at all times. Super impressed and happy with these guys. read more
