I called Shamrock and told them I was missing a large GUCCI box filled with purses and Matching wallets. I explained to them that the box was in a wardrobe box and packed with pillows along side. I was told they would talk to the 5 movers that were at my home and see if anyone noticed the box!!! Obviously not! I waited a week to hear back from Jose Cervantes and did not file a police report because I was under the impression that someone would admit to taking the box filled with expensive purses and wallets. Finally after 6 emails from me to Kimberly the assistant asking for a response, she responded that the trucks had surveillance cameras and nothing showed a White GUCCI box with black trim!! I asked or the surveillance film and she told me it was not available to her. I highly recommend not using this company for your moving needs EVER! This has been so upsetting as I was extremely generous in tipping each of the movers! It was not just the lack of care they displayed but the way they dismissed my theft brought on by one or many of their workers!

ZippGo moving boxes provided a wonderful service for our move. After seeing some neighbors using a…read morereusable box service, I decided to look into using something similar. ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items. I would recommend ZippGo in a heartbeat- it made our move faster, easier, and more eco friendly too!

We drove over to their office, and Angela showed us around and took quite a lot of time to show us the various models and explained the available options. We picked out the model we wanted, and they were able to give us an installation date less than two weeks out. They had it installed and painted in just one day. There were a couple of issues with our shed installation, but when I called the office, Angela sent someone out the very next day to correct them.
