Little did we know that they took that literally, Tonight when I got home expecting to see the playset delivered I instead saw a broken box in pieces all over my driveway it looked like they had literally pushed it off the back of their truck and drove off. My mind is still blown! The funny thing is we have cameras all over the front of our house so we have great photos of a job not well done! We purchased a 62" TV stand and received emails confirming the item would be delivered to hour home on 12/17/14 between 8:30 a.m. & 12:30p.m. At noon today I called the delivery number and inquired as to the delivery time and was told by the woman who answered that she was unable to get hold of their driver and they were running behind. At 2:15 I called again and asked about the delivery and was told that the furniture was never scheduled to be delivered on 12/17, but on 12/19 - that it was typed in as the 17th in error. I told her I already cancelled a Christmas lunch date waiting for this furniture. She then informed me she would have one of the trucks pick the item up from the warehouse today and deliver it this afternoon. At 4:30 I called again and after trying 3 times they finally answered the phone & when I asked about the delivery, the woman hung up on me. I will be notifying Wayfair of this poor service. BTW: Shannon's trucking has had the item in their Warehouse since the 10th of December! I did find an email in my junk email stating that they were changing the delivery date, but nothing was said about this when I called at noon. Very poor customer service.
