Definitely a costly en devour, but it worked/is working for me. My arches are pretty high - so i is not the most uncomfortable, others with this program find it uncomfortable to have the arch so high. The main sales gal is less than helpful for the price. I was lucky to have been helped by a gal that was in the store to help with the weekend crowds. I went with the full package - definitely a ton of money - but i knew others had done it with success - had i not, i would not have been comfortable with the sales pitch or the product explanation, but word of mouth is definitely a good sales pitch! Make sure you are comfortable with everything, know that you can use the medical savings plan and if you are referred by a doctor i think there is something with insurance as well. I had to return due to getting the wrong size insert and the main sales gal was less than helpful and had she looked at my chart would have figured out that even tho my shoes are size 7.5 my inserts were not, so i was stuck with over sized inserts that i had to cut down vs getting the size that would have fit nicely into my shoes. Just make sure to go in with a bit set of self esteem and do what you want for yourself! All in all my feet are indeed feeling better and i'm happy with the product. read more

Scam. The insole I got made my foot problems worse and affected my mental health. I was unable to do anything I wanted to do because I could hardly walk. They do not offer refunds, and the store credit is given within 120 days of purchase. I am not willing to jeopardize my mental health to use more of their awful product. Don't buy from them, you will be wasting your money. read more

The rating I would give Good Feet is below the selection rating because I felt pressured and had to make a down payment before I could see what they could do for me. Afterwards I was very unhappy with the product and want to return it for a full refund. read more

Terrible customer service and provided misleading and false information multiple times. For an investment like this, I would never recommend this company after how I was treated and the misinformation that was provided regarding their financing and their products. I'm a smart guy but when I walked out of The Good Feet Store I felt foolish and duped. I did t know what to expect - my mistake - I thought this was a typical shoe store that specialized in fitting people correctly. I was way off...The Good Feet Store is a sales machine for shoe inserts, very, very, very OVERPRICED ones. I wasted one hour of my life listening to a sales pitch which was not over until I cut it off because the sales person misrepresented the pricing of the inserts. I thought I heard $300-$500 for the system that was being sold. Nope. It was for one insert, on one foot! That's not helpful. The system consists of three sets of three orthotics which price out around $1,500 to $2,000!!! I felt completely lied to although I probably just misheard the saleswoman read more

BEWARE - I suggest that you seek medical advice prior to shopping at The Good Feet Store. The staff here are commissioned salespeople, not medical professionals. Their goal is to sell you their over-priced, non-returnable, non-refundable system of shoe inserts, not a treatment plan to cure your foot problems. I bought into it and have followed their regimen for just over two weeks now and the only relief that I have experienced is when I take out their inserts and put in my old $15 Dr. Scholls inserts. Don't be the sucker that I was, there are several reasons why you may be experiencing foot pain, and it is best (and less expensive) to have a medical professional evaluate your individual circumstances prior to you stepping foot into this store. read more

I purchased $1500 worth of inserts from good feet. The salesman was like a used car salesman as he kept talking and never really got to the real information. A couple of days later after using the inserts as recommended my foot hurt way worse. I returned to the store to exchange my inserts and only wanted to keep the mild insert. I had been told only store credit would be issued when I purchased the inserts, so that's what I expected. When I tried to return them I was told there would be an additional 20% handling fee. I may have been told this before but the salesman talked so much I never heard him say it. I really don't understand how they can sell this product with the claim it will help get rid pf plantar fasciitis and or back pain and not have medical professionals on staff. The inserts I was given were definitely wrong for my feet and I feel they don't care just want my money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Rachel is probably really great if you are white. No greeting to me, but everyone else was nicely greeted. I was also pushed to the back of the line while she sweetly worked with others before me. I'm sure they help people and they are very friendly but it's a small store with shoes you can buy online, and they offer to make one type of custom orthotics for $400.00. I was hoping for a selection of their own line of orthotics. When I lived in San Diego we had the running store, where they made custom orthotics on the spot for under $100.00 and they looked better than what I saw in this store. They also sold a large selection of shoe orthotics from many brands. Now orthotics are considered prosthetics. It's another fancy name for expensive shoe inserts. I'm not buying into this whole fear factor that my body needs perfect alignment. Even now when you take your car for an alignment they want to put some plastic apparatus under your wheels to prevent additional future alignments, even though you might need them anyway. It's like putting braces on your car. The insanity stops here and now. Ok I'm done. read more

I bought a pair of expensive athletic shoes from Good Feet 3 months ago. I threw them in the washer and let them air dry. The shoes shrunk so much, I can no longer wear them. CAN YOU SAY GREEDY? GOOD FEET - BAD BUSINESS I'm talking DENVER CORPORATE Ownership G-R-E-E-D. Have you ever seen someone take their boney little fingers and grab something out of your hand because you weren't charged correctly for the product and they couldn't even ask you for it back instead the onsite "Podiatrist" reached over and pulled the insert out of my hand hand like it's the last morsel of food on the planet? WOW . I had to call the corporate offices to get any help with the problems that I was having. There are too many similar types of businesses that offer as good quality products and you won't get ripped off by by these people. They have the worst policy around and I have seen more Seniors being told to go away they can't get refunds or be helped. Pretty sad when you rip off the elderly. read more

The Good Feet Store - Shoe Stores Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Absolutely horrible. This might be the single most worst decision I have ever made! Lets just start with the result. After spending $550 for their bottom of the line model, well i guess it was $400 and $150 for shoe inserts!!!!!, I have spent well over that in recovery. I wish I never got them because I would rather live with the nagging foot pain than the tremendous amount of ankle pain I am in now. I never before went to a chiropractor but now, because of the orthodics, i am a full time patient and have been for 2 months. read more

Way more expensive than custom orthotics and staff was not forthcoming about this until after I'd been there for over an hour. SO disappointed. I even asked about pricing at the beginning. The salesperson was misleading by quoting me individual item prices rather than being honest about all the "additional" costs. I was told at the beginning of my appointment that costs were between $199 and $420. After an hour, the truth came out and the cost was right around $1000. (My friend just got custom orthotics from her podiatrist for $650.) I left in tears of disappointment. GF NEEDS TRANSPARENCY IN ITS PRICING!!! read more

My 82 yr old mom went into get help for her aching back. They tried to sell her the $900 package but she knew she couldn't afford it. She called me to ask my opinion knowing I had bought them several years ago and referred her. I told her the 3 package program would be too aggressive for her but she said that's all they would offer her and they would discount it to $850 and throw in a a pair of shoes. The sales man took her phone from her and talked to me saying she would benefit from the 3 package deal. When I disagreed he started trying to sell me the deal. He then told me I could come in and return my old inserts and for $20 he would give me new ones. I told him we would discuss it over lunch and my mom would return later. We returned because she said the man was "nice" and said he would make her a "deal" and she "shouldn't worry about the money" and she believed him. He once again offered her the same deal at the same discounted price and said he would be giving her used inserts as that was a common practice and saved people money. I asked if she could get only one set of inserts instead of the 3 package deal and he said no. He once again started trying to sell me on new inserts and I said we were there for my mom and not me. I asked if he could do a better deal and he lowered it to $525 and with the accessories she must have it would be closer to $725. When I said that's far above our price range he got very upset and said "well I see you're driving a nice new car so you must be able to afford them!" WHAT? Did I hear that correctly? YES, then I spoke again, stood up and said "we are done here!" He said something else to me and I replied to him that he shouldn't assume where people get their money, for all he knew I bought them that car. Regardless, his comment was uncalled for. I ushered my mom up to leave and he sad I didn't mean to offend you and I replied YOU DID! We left and I went back to work to call the corporate office. I spoke with Sandy who was very nice and sympathetic to my terrible experience. She said someone would call and they would be happy to compensate my mom for her troubles. The compensation was and isn't necessary as I won't be going back but I never heard from anyone as she promised and then have found out that this is protocol for how they handle problems, to sympathize and ignore. My sister and her son both have GF inserts and I have had them for years. I will never EVER recommend them again because of poor business practices, including reselling used items at a huge price, not giving accurate information (he told my mom they were good for a 'lifetime' and when I asked he said they wear down after time) and will make a point to share my story with whomever asks. The store is in San Marcos, CA and the corporate office owns and runs it as this was the info from Sandy. read more

I went to the Good Feet Store on CO Blvd after being diagnosed with a problem foot condition affecting my arches. It caused me pain and the podiatrist felt a good pair of supports would help. Kway Gamrell was the salesman and he was very patient in answering my questions and determining what supports would best fit my needs. He advised I could walk around outside with the supports to test if they suited me. The supports are pricey and I determined I did not need the 3 different types offerred in the package but did purchase 2 types. It has made a tremendous difference. My pain has been eliminated and I am back to walking and resuming an active lifestyle. read more

I recently started working in retail, spending 7-9 hours a day on my feet. This was a huge change from a fairly sedentary work life I'd had before. My feet were in pain from day one, having to wear black dress shoes with zero support or comfort. I expressed my complaints and pains to family, friends, and coworkers, who eventually led me to Good Feet. My experience in the Good Feet store was excellent. Friendly staff, clean environment, and the whole process took under 30 minutes! I have been using my Good Feet inserts for a week now with complete relief. The first few days were an adjustment period, using the inserts felt like walking with a golf ball in your shoe. Living with foot pain is terrible, Good Feet is a solution I'd suggest to anyone! read more

Most unfriendly place. My husband & I dropped in to check about some shoes that my husband needed. They were most reluctant to help . Nor did they make any effort to even check if they had any shoes for him. They just point blank said that they do not have any shoes that would fit his feet. They just looked at his current shoes - did not look at his feet - take any measurements etc We felt discriminated in this place. Will never, never go here and will definitely discourage our friends to go here. read more

I stopped by their store in hopes of finding a remedy for some pretty severe heel pain I was having. At the time, I was averaging 5 miles of walking a day, with some days walking as much as 15 miles. I left the store with a new pair of shoes and a "maintainer" (an arch support) to help support the middle part of my foot, and within a week my pain was gone. What I've twice been able to take advantage of, is that if, within a year, the arch supports begin to cause discomfort, you can stop back in the store, get your feet re-evaluated, and swap out your arch support for one that feels better. They have since started a program where you can get free replacements for life. I've since bought another pair of shoes from them, and would recommend that anyone looking to improve the quality/comfort of their walk and/or decrease pain in their feet caused by walking, stop in and check them out. read more

I went to the Good Feet Store in Glendale last Saturday and got my set of orthotics inserts. I've had trouble with my feet (broken bones, arthritis, overpronation etc.) for years. Holly Lopez, the co-Director for this region, helped me with them. She is so completely knowledgeable, empathetic, and sensitive to my issues that I immediately felt I was in the right hands. She had me try them out in the store and walk around the neighborhood for ten minutes with each of two sets. By the time I got back, I already felt so much better and have had them on ever since. What they have done for me is to correct the overpronation, lift my fallen arches, put my whole body back into alignment, and greatly improved my balance. Because they realign my hips, knees and back, they correct my posture and put my body back into alignment. This took the pain away from my hips, lower back and knees, and improves my breathing, which is really awesome. In addition, strangely enough, having my body in alignment lets me feel grounded and really powerful. There is something about being able to stand up straight and be seated in my hips, knees and feet that really strengthens my sense of personal power. I know the cost ($1000) may sound like a lot; however, when you take the engineering that has gone into these orthotics into consideration, plus what they do for your entire body, plus the fact that this is a lifetime purchase and you will always have the correct orthotics at no extra cost other than the shipping and you get your situation reviewed once every three months, this is really cheap. I've had to pay $350 for orthotics before that weren't half as good and don't get replaced when they need to be. So, three pairs later, I've paid more than I did for my Good Feet orthotics, which I consider one of the wisest and best purchases of my life and well worth the price. If you want your whole body to feel good, go for Good Feet. - Donna Read read more

These inserts help me walk again!!! Delivered me from a viscous cycle of sciatic nerve dysfunction and plantar fasciitis. The inserts and the Brooks tennis shoes enable me to put weight on my foot so it can heal and I can walk!!!!! The staff are thorough in explaining the system of inserts and their function. The system helps support proper standing and walking postures through alignment correction. I have had the inserts for ten days now and I am walking normally again after months of a debilitating condition. I highly recommend visiting this store and learn how the system can support your needs. read more

I went GoodFeet in a northern Denver suburb. I did not ask to be measured, but the saleslAdy graciously did this for me anyway. The store was closing, as it was the end of the day, so I said I couldn't make the purchase but would like to come back. And I asked their weekend hours, which I was given. When I said I wasn't going to make the nearly $600 purchase for shoes and arch support, until later, the sales lady said to me, "What did you come in here for???" I'm 85 and that's the first time I heard that one. You learn something every day, I guess. A couple of days later, I went in to a Good Feet shop in Lakewood and the lady was very nice. The estimated price may have also been a bit better. Certainly sticker shock is probably part of the problem. When you see the insert which goes for $400.00, it kind of hits you. read more

WARNING! Be VERY careful!! Good Feet Sales people are REALLY GOOD at selling you their product!!I I am an avid hiker. 53 years old and in excellent health. My feet were hurting after all the miles I have put in, so I FELL FOR THE ADS, went to the store and was sold the entire set of arch supports for nearly $800. As I wore them I realized my feet began to HURT MORE after wearing the supports. I went back in to The GF Store on Wadsworth and the SAME sales person DID NOT evaluate my feet or retest me ( with the walk on top of the piece of paper/ink method ) but enthusiastically told me NOT TO GIVE UP and KEEP USING THEM. I did. Tried to go for a hike with the supports and was in so much pain I had to stop and take them out before continuing. A few weeks ago, I decided to go to an orthopedic doc. TOP RATED Orthopedic Center in Colorado. Doc x rayed my feet an told me that I did NOT HAVE AN ARCH ISSUE!!!!! Simply a tight achilles tendon. Stretching for me is all that is needed now. I called the GF customer service rep and he "went to bat for me" with the owner of The Cherry Creek Store. He thought that I at least might get partial in store credit. After waiting to hear back from him for nearly two weeks, I called him. He was very pleasant when he told me that the GF Store would be happy to adjust the system I have, but no credit of any kind. REALLY?! Adjust arch supports I DO NOT NEED and NEVER NEEDED to begin with? No thanks. You know, I take some responsibility for being my own best advocate for my body and not seeing a doc from the start. My problem with GF is that they were full speed ahead; ready to sell me a very expensive system that I DID NOT NEED. Maybe they need better testing? Seriously disappointed with my experience. read more

Kat was extremely helpful -- jumped right in and gave us all the information we needed to decide what was right for our 12yo. She managed to include pricing and options without being pushy. We have put this off for way too long to help our daughter, in part because her pediatrician was alarmingly UNconcerned about her dropped arches since (so far) she has had no pain. But our parental instincts have told us all along that she could develop knee/hip/back problems in the future, and we feel confident that her orthotic inserts will go a long way to preventing these problems from developing. We also bought some flip flops with good arch support -- so much better than the ones we bought on some beach somewhere! These will be our daughter's go-to shoes for much of the summer, I'm sure -- and it's good to know we can feel good about it. A very worthy investment. read more

What a rip off this is. I went in to buy my 81 year father a gift card for his birthday. I was assured by the woman who helped me that $300 would "get him anything in the store."
