After being active all my life, I was at a point where I could barely walk without pain. Dr. Chanin spent hours with me diagnosing where exactly my foot problems occurred and designing special orthotics that would help heal my feet. After a few months, I am happy to report that I have ZERO pain in my feet and can walk comfortably, even run! I was met by a wonderful and friendly woman named Ashley. We discussed my issues and she had some great ideas. She really seemed to know what she was doing and that made me confidant about the process. She took some impressions of my ferry and was able to identify where some of my pressure points were. I was really looking forward to giving these inserts a try. Then, the price came out. I had no idea we were talking about money that could and would require financing for most people. As much as I wanted to complete this process, the cost simply made it out of reach. Ashley did a great job and I appreciated her attention to detail. Maybe I will try again when I have more money put away for such things.

The main sales gal is less than helpful for the price. I was lucky to have been helped by a gal that was in the store to help with the weekend crowds. I went with the full package - definitely a ton of money - but i knew others had done it with success - had i not, i would not have been comfortable with the sales pitch or the product explanation, but word of mouth is definitely a good sales pitch! Make sure you are comfortable with everything, know that you can use the medical savings plan and if you are referred by a doctor i think there is something with insurance as well. I had to return due to getting the wrong size insert and the main sales gal was less than helpful and had she looked at my chart would have figured out that even tho my shoes are size 7.5 my inserts were not, so i was stuck with over sized inserts that i had to cut down vs getting the size that would have fit nicely into my shoes. Just make sure to go in with a bit set of self esteem and do what you want for yourself! All in all my feet are indeed feeling better and i'm happy with the product.
