I then asked him if he read here file and he said yes, as there were extenuating circumstances I wanted to make sure he was aware of. She has dementia and has very little patience sometimes. He proceeded to cut her toe nails with a huge instrument with no care or compassion. She eventually stood up and said enough and we walked out.
