Dr. Naftulin immediately diagnosed the long-term problem I was having with my foot, which would unfortunately require surgery to fix. He told me what would happen, then the surgery went exactly as planned and the rehabilitation went exactly as he told me. The outcome was excellent and the follow up has been great. Last February my Dr. referred me to Dr. Naftulin for the removal of a troublesome toenail. Dr Toren who did the procedure said that an application would be made to be sure the toenail would not regrow. Recently I noticed the toenail is growing back. I called Dr. Naftulins office to complain of the regrowth and was told that I would be charged the full office visitation fee even though the procedure was an obvious failure. I was prepared to a pay a reduced fee but was told that was not available. My protest is the the Doctor cannot just keep removing my toenail having it regrow and keep charging the full amount for doing the same thing. I was reminded that I had signed a consent form. However I was unaware that I was consenting to have Dr. Naftulin continue do the same procedure over and over and charging full price with no positive results read more

BEWARE!!! I was seen in office by Dr Keith Naftulin on Friday, September 4th, 2020. He told me that to help with my pain,  I would need some custom made orthotics, which sounded good $450 dollars,  they required a $100 deposit and I was told it would take a week to get them in.  I get it that with the way of the world right now everyone is a little behind. I never recieved a call from their office.  A month went by,  and my level of trust was failing.  I called them on Thursday 10/1 left a message,  never got a call back,  I called the next day twice,  until I actually spoke to someone Friday 10/2.  I was told that they were probably behind,  that they would be in the following week,  and that they would call me.  The following week came and went,  no phone call.  What I did get that week was a bill in the mail for $5 with regard that when they submitted for x-rays this was my portion. Well my trust in them was in a free fall.  Because of the pain and his assurance the orthotics would help I would give them until Friday of the next week, October16.  Two weeks later to contact me.  I had the weekend to look at my bill for $5 and no phone calls so Monday 10/19 I called there office,  at 11am and said that I was going to come in for my deposit back.  The girl told me that they close at noon for lunch, or I could come at 1pm when they reopen to pick it up, no apologizes, nothing.  I was at their office at 1pm, the girl let me in asked how she could help,  I told her I was the one that called about my deposit, she became extremely offensive,  and said that she could not authorize the refund,  the doctor was out,  that Mondays were his day off. I asked well if that were the case why did she not tell me that when I called at 11, why she told me to come at 1pm when they reopen from lunch.  I then said well if that were the case why she did not call me and save me a trip,  If the doctor was truely out.  She said that she called,  I said what number? She read of my number,  I pulled out my phone and said,  show me where you called,  I showed her where I called at 11am, but no calls from them.  She said well I called and left a message,  but never the less she could not authorize my refund.  At this point I was not happy but firm in that this was no way to conduct business,  she tried to make me feel like I was the bad guy, and how dare me question her.  At that moment,  I said call the doctor,  she refused stating it was his day off,  and he was not to be disturbed.  I then told her we have 2 choices,  either she call him,  or I would call the police to come to their office,  and they could call him.  I was not leaving without my refund after all they had put me through.  She went in the back came back out about 2 minutes later,  by this time she was Pissed Off and flustered.  She demanded,  I pay the $5 dollars from the insurance for the bill they sent me,  and she then reached into an envelope and handed me $95. Oh,  I forgot to mention I paid Cash for the deposit,  and on Sept 4th the day I paid the deposit they were not going to give me a receipt for the cash,  I had handed them,  I am so glad that at the time I requested a copy of the invoice,  and that it be marked paid deposit, in cash. I can only imagine what would have happened,  had I not had that little piece of paper.  Maybe no one else has had a situation like this with this organization,  but I know this is no way to treat anyone,  they must be making a lot of money,  so disorganized,  that they can loose a customer,  and then try and make them out to be the bad guy in the process. I recently moved to the Denver area and had a stress fracture on my right foot and a bunion on my left foot that were keeping me from running (my obsession). I made an appointment with Dr. Naftulin and was able to get in quickly. His staff have been very friendly and personable. My treatment of choice was surgery on both feet. I used to have the most HORRIBLE podiatrist in Littleton, so I looked around and found Dr. (Keith) Naftulin and Dr.(Karolina) Varnay. What a breath of fresh air! I have been to see both of them, and couldn't be more impressed. My husband just went into Dr. Naftulin last week and was quite happy with the way he was treated also. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Keith Naftulin and would highly recommend him to anyone struggling with a foot or ankle issue. I started with another podiatrist...nope! Dr. Naftulin is the BEST! I went through metatarsalgia, being diagnosed with RA and then Mortons Neuromas in both feet all back to back. I could barely walk. Dr. Naftulin performed successful MN surgery on both my feet. Everyone in his office treated me like family from the beginning. Dr Naftulin really goes above and beyond in every aspect of his job.
