I arrived with little to no range of motion, and a jaded outlook as my attempts at avoiding surgery at a different PT clinic had epically failed and left me worse off. When I called to make my first appointment, I relayed my concerns -- and unlike the other clinics I called, I wasn't dismissed, but rather scheduled with the clinic director with more extensive experience and advanced certifications. To say that I've been pleased with the progress made entirely possible due to the hands-on treatment, customized therapy sessions, communication about at-home exercises, pain management and an understanding of the non-linear progress that is postoperative healing, is an understatement.
