His professionalism is…read moreexceptional, and his depth of knowledge about the art, science, and physics of golf is truly remarkable. What sets David apart is his uncanny ability to communicate complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand and apply. He doesn't just teach the mechanics of the golf swing--he helps his students understand why each movement matters, making learning both enjoyable and effective. My son and I are both students of the game, and we have each benefited tremendously from David's instruction. His patience, insight, and passion for teaching have made a significant difference in our development as golfers. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced amateur looking to improve your game, I wholeheartedly recommend David Sin. He is an outstanding instructor and a true professional.

Atmosphere/Ambiance - 5/5 - HUGE location with pretty much everything for golf. There are bays where you can hit golf bays and test out many, many clubs. If you do club fittings, they will apply that price to your purchase. There are also different tiers of memberships as well. Just a heads up, but their website also has items that they might not carry in store. Staff - 5/5 - Friendly and helpful. They were able to answer pretty much all of my golf questions. I see other reviews and I was planning on doing my club fitting here, but maybe I should go to a different location? Overall, the few times that I have been here, I have not had any major issues, but perhaps as I go more often, I might need to update this review at a later date.

But Gary immediately made a huge difference. He was welcoming, patient, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable right from the start. He explained things clearly, didn't rush me, and created an environment where I could relax and actually enjoy learning. He also went above and beyond by taking the time to explain the different parts of a golf club and how each one affects your swing and performance. Instead of just handing me something and moving on, he really focused on helping me understand what I was using and why it mattered. He spent a lot of time working with me to find the perfect club, making sure it felt right and fit my needs as a beginner. Because of that experience, 2nd Swing is definitely where I'll be going for all of my golfing gear moving forward--I won't be going anywhere else. Thanks to Gary, my confidence has grown a lot, and what started as a stressful experience turned into something I'm genuinely excited to keep doing. I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail, and I'd highly recommend both him and the store to anyone getting started with golf. The first time I went, I picked out a golf club on my own and it turned out not to be the right one. So I called back before coming in the second time to make sure Gary was working so he could assist me in picking the right club. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase and I cannot wait to try not to try it at the driving range. In addition, Gary also recommended me to get a $5.00 9 iron to practice my swing. he is a great asset to the team. and a pleasure to work with.

First appointment of the day and the staff was totally unprepared even though I had a confirmed appointment. After troubleshooting both systems for 20 minutes out of my 30 minute fitting, they never got them to work together and the fitter obviously had no training on the software nor how to properly fit someone to a putter. It was a complete disaster. All he could say was you can make a new appointment after I drove over an hour to get there. 30 minutes is no where near long enough to do this fitting, the staff are way undertrained for this, and now I know why every time I've gone to the store, the putter fitting room was always empty. If you need a putter fitting, as of now, this is a place to avoid.

Unacceptable craftsmanship for a $350 premium build. Avoid their online shop…read more I ordered a custom Ventus VeloCore+, a $350 premium shaft--and what I received was a joke. When you spend that kind of money on one of the best shafts on the market, you expect absolute perfection. Instead, the shaft arrived with several scuffs and marks on it, looking like it had been handled with zero care or was a floor demo. Beyond the cosmetic damage, the build quality was amateur. The adapter was not seated properly, leaving a gap that makes the club look cheap and compromises the gapping. Honestly it was a huge safety issue because the head could have came flying off and hit a family member but they didn't seem to care. For a shop to send out a high-end piece of equipment like this with such blatant quality control issues is insulting. When I brought these issues to their attention, they offered $80 credit for the marks, which was reasonable but only $30 for the poorly installed adapter. For a $400 investment, a $30 credit for a botched install and a scratched shaft is a slap in the face and after wasting 4 hours of my time to get it fixed. They clearly don't respect their customers or the premium equipment they sell. If you want your high-end builds done right, go literally anywhere else. I'll never spend another dime with them.
