First appointment of the day and the staff was totally unprepared even though I had a confirmed appointment. After troubleshooting both systems for 20 minutes out of my 30 minute fitting, they never got them to work together and the fitter obviously had no training on the software nor how to properly fit someone to a putter. It was a complete disaster. All he could say was you can make a new appointment after I drove over an hour to get there. 30 minutes is no where near long enough to do this fitting, the staff are way undertrained for this, and now I know why every time I've gone to the store, the putter fitting room was always empty. If you need a putter fitting, as of now, this is a place to avoid.

After no contact by 4 pm Monday, I drove back over only to have to have staff physically locate my since Thursday UNTOUCHED clubs. This location is terrible.

Immediately upon walking in the store I was greeted with a warm welcome asked if I needed any assistance. Upon learning I had an appointment I was taken to a golf bay and Brett was there to greet me and explain the process and what he was looking for during the evaluation. During my evaluation I was able to try several different lengths and brands and within an hour Brett was able to dial in what I needed and made his recommendations on what would be best for my needs; which I had no problems agreeing with. I will add at no point during my visit did I feel pressured to make any purchases and I felt everything was fairly priced. In the end, the amount of knowledge shown by Brett combined with the top notch customer service has made me a customer for life.

I was not hitting the ball great that day and he was very honest with me and said he didn't believe new clubs would benefit my game right now. Which I really appreciated because it would have sucked to drop hundreds of dollars on new equipment only to keep playing like trash. Lol. He suggested I fine tune my swing and get to where I'm striking the ball more accurately before I drop that kind of money. I needed a new shaft for my driver and he got me set up with that and a new grip on my putter. I definitely recommend Sellinger's! They take a genuine interest in your game and aren't just trying to make a sell! I will definitely be back when I'm ready!
