Unacceptable craftsmanship for a $350 premium build. Avoid their online shop. I ordered a custom Ventus VeloCore+, a $350 premium shaft--and what I received was a joke. When you spend that kind of money on one of the best shafts on the market, you expect absolute perfection. Instead, the shaft arrived with several scuffs and marks on it, looking like it had been handled with zero care or was a floor demo. Beyond the cosmetic damage, the build quality was amateur. The adapter was not seated properly, leaving a gap that makes the club look cheap and compromises the gapping. Honestly it was a huge safety issue because the head could have came flying off and hit a family member but they didn't seem to care. For a shop to send out a high-end piece of equipment like this with such blatant quality control issues is insulting. When I brought these issues to their attention, they offered $80 credit for the marks, which was reasonable but only $30 for the poorly installed adapter. For a $400 investment, a $30 credit for a botched install and a scratched shaft is a slap in the face and after wasting 4 hours of my time to get it fixed. They clearly don't respect their customers or the premium equipment they sell. If you want your high-end builds done right, go literally anywhere else. I'll never spend another dime with them. read more

Phenomenal customer service, technology and attention to detail. Pricing is spot on and appreciate how they run their business. This is how you run a business and they should be very proud of what they offer. I've only been in the store once but it was top tier service. Thanks guys! read more

This place is the best in Dallas by far! Ask for Austin! My entire bag came from this place. I recently did a putter fitting with Austin and had no idea so much could go into a putter. When 15 different putters go in ur hands for a few strokes you really can feel a difference! The fine tuning after that with changing shafts, loft, lie angle and grip will really fine tune it to ur stroke. I'm blown away. I felt like a tour pro the entire time. If ur going to spend money on clubs and a fitting don't go with a pro that will push a certain brand bc they get a kick back. Go to the real shop that does it based on what works best. This place is amazing. Don't waste time at pga superstore or ur local club. This is the place! read more

Dallas Golf - Golf Equipment Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Quality store for new and used clubs. Provides a different experience than the big box store of PGA Superstore or Golf Galaxy

Could not be more pleased with the service and products here. I'm a tall golfer, and they helped me with my fitting and got me the extensions for my new clubs in one day... everywhere else I looked at said it'd be weeks at the earliest. Jim and Austin are both great to talk golf with. Great prices, great team and great value on your trade ins. I won't shop anywhere else. read more

Dallas Golf - TaylorMade stealth irons - Golf Equipment Near Me - Dallas, Texas

After I submitted two trade in sets of clubs to TGW, they were sent to Dallas Golf for evaluation. The clubs were immediately rejected, and I never received them back. They were worth well over $500, and I can only assume that Dallas Golf stole the clubs from me. The store is a joke, and I highly recommend going elsewhere when looking to buy clubs. Their. customer service was extremely rude as well when I attempted to remedy the situation. The owner claimed I never did business with them, which is a complete lie. Shop someplace else. Their prices are outta anyway. read more

Dallas Golf - Jonathan Terry who is responsible for inspecting trade in clubs. This is only one example of how rude he treated me. - Golf Equipment Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Perfectly fine as an e commerce store with competitive prices across the board, I've gotten 5 boxes of prov1, three putters (gifts), a driver, wedge set, shafts for my driver, three wood, putter etc in just the few months I've been here. Coming from out of town I was looking for a local store I can go to regularly to dial in my equipment heading into the season for competitive golf. Pricing you can always look online and pick out the best price and call it a day. Unfortunately, this is not that store. They've struggled and required incredibly long lead times and inconsistent service. I even brought in a wedge to reshaft and to buy a couple putters and mid purchase realized I wasn't comfortable doing more business there. Very unfortunate because I hate going to big box stores but at least they have consistent service at those read more

Friendly staff and quick service on my club repair. Good selection and a couple of hitting bays.

If you are interested in a custom fitting, you should 100% come to Dallas golf. I came in for a putter fitting with Austin on 10/7/23. Everyone working at the store was incredibly nice when I first walked in. When I told Austin that I was interested in doing a broomstick, he said there was no need for the putter fitting charge and that he was glad to help. He quickly figured out the right specs for the putter, and adroitly changed the lie angle on a putter they had. Finally, he very graciously put a different grip than the options online that I wanted and was happy to do it. I bought a custom driver at a different store that I had heard good things about in Dallas (store that I will not name), and the experience was truly atrocious and the people at the store had awful attitudes about the questions I asked. Austin and everyone at Dallas golf was the antithesis of that experience, and I would strongly encourage everyone to do business at Dallas golf. read more

Went here because they had some really good sale prices on their shoes. Spent some time looking around and could only find a handful of shoes, all at full price. Finally an old guy walks by me and says "let me know if you need anything" no pause in his stride, just keeps walking and around the corner he went. So I went to the counter and told him I was looking for golf shoes they had online for sale. With a grumpy attitude he says "Anything online is probably in the back." Geez, sorry I want to buy something on sale. So I show him on my phone what I'd like to try and tell him the white pair. He brings back a pair in blue, drops them on the counter and says that's the only pair they have in my size. He didn't ask if I'd like to try them on or if I'd like to try something else, just walks away. Sir, if you don't like your job then quit and let someone that wants to work have the job. I will never go back here again. I'm just getting back into golf and trying to get my son-in-law and my grandson interested too. I drove 45 minutes to this place to be treated like crap. What a disappointment. read more

This is the best retail store in the golf industry and it's not even close. It gives you a local shop feel with state of the art technology and an e-commerce warehouse that store millions in equipment. Anyone complaining about long lead times must not be aware of the economic environment going on in the world today. Everyone from Top country clubs to manufacturers themselves have long lead times. I have not had any issues with lead times when buying anything from Dallas Golf. Austin is by far one of the most knowledgeable fitters I've spent time with. They are customer first oriented and give incredible service. I don't even order from my country club any longer and instead go to Dallas Golf. Looking for a phenomenal experience ... get fitted. They have almost every shaft and every new iron/wood head the industry offers. I can't say enough great things about this shop. Disclaimer: I am not related to anyone at the store and knew no one personally at the store when I first walked in a couple months ago. I can now say I trust a lot of my golf questions/needs to be correctly taken care of. You won't find a better shop with better inventory. read more

My husband, Ed M, purchased a Ping G410 Plus Driver 10.5 Ala C 55 Senior Flex Graphite RH +HC on Monday, 4.18.22 from their website. The store had been recommended by his golf instructor, Steve C, here in northern CO. Well, we just got a knock on our door & the club was JUST DELIVERED! Thursday, 4.20.22!! He's said that the club looks new & is way above the "average" club. The store had rated it 9 out of 10 & he certainly agrees with that assessment. Now, if I let him, he may be ordering other clubs from them as well. They've certainly earned the 5 stars that we given them! read more

Horrible customer service experience. Walked in to trade in some clubs and waited almost 15 minutes, along with two customers in the hitting bays while Jim made phone calls and ignored those people he did not recognize. A couple of "regulars" came in they were taken care of over other customers who were in line before them. Not a customer service friendly establishment! Had already appraised my clubs on their site and they decided to downgrade the appraisal. Probably lost $100 in the deal. Didn't want to waste my time any more, after driving almost an hour. Avoid this place at all cost! read more

I found the new irons I wanted at a great price! They also had the midsize grips I like and installed them at no extra cost. I've had a couple of interactions with Dallas Golf and they have all been positive. I have traded in clubs and the value they give you is very good. Also, I went in to purchase a new driver and they were very knowledgeable about what would benefit my game the most. They let me try a few different drivers in the hitting bay and that helped me narrow down the driver and shaft choice. Overall, I would recommend it to people who are interested in buying anything golf. read more

I utilized another site (The Golf Warehouse) to trade in clubs in order to purchase new ones. Unfortunately, they use Dallas Golf for inspecting and traded in clubs. The clubs I traded in were in near perfect condition and were still rejected by Dallas Golf. And I highly recommend not using them directly because their trade in rates are abysmally low compared to the many other sites that are out there. It has been over two weeks, and I have still not received my clubs (worth over $2000). I do not recommend doing business with them either directly or indirectly. And their customer service is beyond rude. Not a care in the works for the customer. read more

Great selection of clubs. Went in for a regrip and they were fast and had the ladies grip I needed!

ordered new Taylormade driver and it was delivered to my house in sugarland the next day. AWSOME.

Great staff that are very friendly and willing to help! Definitely the "Go to" place in DFW for golf needs.

I went in and worked with Austin today on the launch monitor. By working through different driver head and shaft combinations, he helped me go from 300 total with my current driver to 330 total yards with average of 315 carry. Also a much more consistent ball flight. The prices are 5 stars and service is 5 stars. Ask for Austin, he will help you out. read more

Had been searching for a new golf cart and came across an ad from Dallas Golf showing the cart on sale for $259.95. When you select the buy now button you are redirected to their main website where the cart is listed for $299.95. Perhaps the ad should be removed or a sale end date listed. read more
