They even had a free raffle and gave away different gifts, electronics, t-shirts and hats. I won a Seahawks hat and gave it to my friend. I admitted to my friend that this was the place I wanted to come to in the first place but didn't think we would get a table. We initially had a reservation at Moxies but they don't even have chicken wings on the menu so this worked out great because my friend was like you got to have wings on game day and I agreed! We were a party of six - mix of older and young adults and teenagers. Facility provides paddles and balls at extra cost, however you can bring your own if have them. The courts were all full and it didn't feel overcrowded; it's spacious. Music selection and volume was great and the temp in the facility is just right. You can work up a sweat and it's not hot inside. They also have water available in coolers and refill stations at no additional cost. The outdoor area is cool with lounge chairs, turf grass, covered outdoor courts, bean bag games, and oversized games like jenga and connect 4. However, like the prior reviews, the food is mediocre. We ordered the cheeseburger with fries, fried pickles, and two specialty drinks. Staff was friendly and refunded a non alcoholic beverage that someone in my party didn't like without hassle. We watched the game introduction on the screen and were greeted by our fantastic server, Nico (not sure how she spells her name!). She explained how the kiosks worked and what the games are like. We were able to choose our own difficulty levels and pick from several different game options. My son and I had such a great time playing all of them - fun little workout too. I decided to wait until after our play session to eat, so once we finished, we moved over to a table near the bar for lunch. To make matters more frustrating, one of the game bays kept malfunctioning. The soccer balls stopped dispensing, and we had to wait for a technician to fix it. Since our play time was timed, we lost valuable minutes just waiting for the game to work. The food was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Honestly, the best part of the evening was simply spending time with our group. If I were to host another large event here, I would only do so if there were separate spaces for dining and gameplay. Trying to combine both in one small area didn't work well for a group our size.
