Really glad I picked them for my giant mirror removals project. They were my first choice based on their amazing reviews and they did not disappoint. Cory and the team are very professional and knowledgeable. They also did this in a very quick and efficient way. Very impressed with them indeed. I highly recommend them if you have any glass project in mind. read more

Showed up after the time we agreed upon (tho they did call beforehand). Placed the wrong size windscreen on my truck, then "man-splained" how it was "ok", and a gap is supposed to be there. read more

The Glass Guys - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Fulshear, Texas

The glass guys is amazing! They were able to size and fit a new mirror for a wall and it was exactly what I was looking for. Not only did they deliver on the product, the customer service was amazing. From calling in to the woman that schedules to scheduling with the workers that came out and did the job. I'm so glad I found them off of the reviews! I will definitely use them in the future! read more

Should have called Katy Glass & Mirror. Major leaks under the shower door and glass panel, squeaky hinges, and no solutions other than to blame the builder when I called them out to correct the leaking problem. Poor installation and a very disappointing experience. Also extremely overpriced on mirrors and cannot fabricate large wall mirrors - they require several smaller panels (four compared to two). So happy I called Katy Glass & Mirror for the wall mirrors. read more

Very good price. Great communications. Excellent installation. Highly recommend this company.

The Glass Guys installed a new Vanity mirror above my bathroom sink. Excellent job. Very efficient, trustworthy, delivered on time and at proposed cost. This is how to do business!! Highly recommend!. read more

These guys exceeded expectations. I got a stand up mirror almost 9 feet tall and before work I hastily tried to remove a sticker right in the middle of the mirror and like a dumb guy scratched my mirror with a sponge. I called 5+ places and The Glass Guys were willing to come on site take a look at it to see if they could do it. They ended up saying they could do it, get the mirror, and bring it to my house for the install. No other mirror or glass company would mess with it. They got the mirror and installed it in great time considering there were a million staples and it was super glued in. They were still able to get it out without messing up the frame. I highly recommend there service. Cory is great, and really knows his stuff. read more

Found "The Glass Guys" on Yelp after our mother in law locked herself out and broke our porch window to get back in. Cory came out within 30 minutes of my call to measure and give me a quote, and we had our custom glass installed just a few days later. The price was reasonable and the service friendly. They even made sure to clean up all of the glass pieces from the original MIL break-in and the installation. Highly recommended!! read more

This organization came highly recommended by Yelpers so I thought I was safe getting them to come out and replace the broken window at the house. Promises last night that they would be out were not kept and further promises this morning have once again been made and not kept. At this point I can only assume that this group either not interested in taking on work or so disorganized that they can't keep a basic schedule. **** NOT RECOMMENDED **** read more

Fast, professional and courteous. I must applaud these guys, they came out the next day to replace a window pane that was broken due to high winds blowing our patio umbrella thru our window. Their pricing was reasonable and the service exceptional. I recommend them highly. And they are plant lovers too. :) read more

These guys are outstanding. I had a freak accident happen with my shower glass and they came out quickly as I had guests staying. They were efficient and reliable with great customer service!!! read more

My experience with the Glass Guys was pleasant in every respect: communication, punctuality, care and respect for my home, and especially and most importantly in the work. I had built a wine enclosure, and the project was complete but for one very important aspect: the doors. I had a vision of what the doors would look like, and Cory just got it. His excitement for the project rivaled my own, and it showed in the finished product: a very high-quality installation of exceptional materials executed precisely especially given the challenging dimensions. The Glass Guys made my vision a reality, and I am very happy to recommend them without reservation. read more

Real small business people who are not dumb as rocks, answer the phone, speak clearly, show up on time and do quality work at a fair price.

What can I say besides wow! Cory & Monica are just fantastic! Friendly, fast service, reasonable prices - what more could you ask? My 80 lb dog went through my front window yesterday and 24 hours later, I had a replacement pane at a more than fair price. When we are ready to replace our builder original windows, this is who we want doing the work. read more

The best glass company by far, I actually had a few major jobs and a few minor and the service and quality at the glass guys is top notch 100% compared to others I have used which are subpar. Cory and his crew go beyond and I am having some glass backsplash done in my kitchen in a few days from them, makes sense I cook and make a mess and easy cleanup. Thanks Again Glass Guys!! read more

Quick response time and great work! Very friendly staff and plan on using them again.

Cory (installer) and Monica (scheduler) were both fantastic! I knew our shower situation was a bit unique so when they had to come out a second (actually also a third time too) ... I really appreciated the professionalism and also the concern to get the job done right! Love the result though! Would highly recommend for their service, product, installation, and price too! read more

Worst company in the world!!!! Horrible job and I think the tech stole some of my wife's jewelry (can't prove it or I would have called the police). Job had to be redone, which cost double due to having to tear out the mess that was left behind. read more

Bad service techs canceled 1st time no calls. I ended up texting to get some sort of estimate. Scheduled 2nd appointment they verbally quoted estimate no written quotes price changed twice. Went with Kay Glass way better everything! read more

Corey did a beautiful job on two glass tops I needed for my breakfast and dining room table. I requested a gray tint and these came out perfect! His price was competitive and his customer service is great! The time frame was unbelievable as well as he got this done in a couple of days as well. Cannot recommend him enough! read more

First, I have to say that I believe you have to deliver both a quality product & excellent customer service to receive a 4 or 5. Originally, were told it was a 7-day turnaround for a custom shower door. It took 3 weeks. Second, he insisted on cash in hand before he even started project and it was $100 more for credit/debit payments. The first install resulted in two cracked tiles in our shower which is apparently a common issue. But, they did not have a tile guy to repair them. The glass also did not fit. After getting a tile guy on out on our own and waiting a few more days, the shower door and panel was installed. It is much less than I was expecting for a custom shower door and panel. It leaks. The panel side is not sturdy and I can only hope that someone does not accidentally falling through it. In messages with owner Corey, he was quite snarky instead of providing expected service. I gave 2 stars because ultimately we do have a shower door that keeps most water in the shower. I would not use him again and have called another glass company out to see if they can fix leaks and sturdiness issues. read more

Initially things went well with the Glass Guys. I called, made appointment for them to take measurements (2x4-ish) mirror on wall. They came out, measured and that was the last I heard from them. Have made two calls, left voicemails and one email. No reply. read more

Bad service! I called and was told to send my glass table size but they never responded back.

I surprisingly found this company on Yelp located in my Katy town, and called 3pm in the afternoon, they were able to fit me for a same day appointment in my house. They finished the window glass replacement work in a time manner and a very complete clean up on broken pieces of glass inside and out. So I got my broken window glass replaced just before the arctic cold front arrived this week! read more

Good price, good work, and great people! All I had was the original 15-year old shower glass replaced, which I tore out myself. I still cannot believe the difference the new glass made. It wasn't anything fancy, but the turnaround time and installation time were better than expected. It's been a few weeks now and I don't have a single complaint. Thank you both! (I'll add a couple of before/after pics when I get a chance.) read more

I had a glass shower enclosure shatter while I was out of town. My poor dog sitter was freaked out and I called a few other places and nobody could even come look at it for several days. It was an emergency because there was glass everywhere and the rest of the enclosure was continuing to fall. The girl I spoke to from Glass Guys was so sweet and set me up for someone to come out within a few hours of contacting them. Corey came out and cleaned up all the glass that went everywhere and removed the remaining part of the enclosure that was falling. My sitter said he did a very thorough job and was pretty fast! It was a fair price too! I really appreciate what they did for me and when we get back we will be having them replace the glass too! I would highly recommend Glass guys to anyone! read more

We hired The Glass Guys for a small backsplash project. We received a quick estimate. There were some minor issues with part availabilty, which slightly delayed the project. Cory was very nice and professional. We'd definitely call these guys for future glass needs. read more

Just stopped by the office. They have stated hours on the door but no one was there. Texted Monica, no response. Called Corey who answered immediately and was told someone would be back soon but no idea when. Said he could call me back. I'm moving back into my home that had been flooded. I don't have time for this. I knew you had to make an appointment for showroom but didn't know it was a waste of time to try to drop something off. read more

So far so good, Cory responded right away to my requests for a quote and called me right back when i let him know i was ready to order. Hope the product is as good as the service. read more

I tried to order a protective glass top for my table, but apparently it wasn't meant to be. I called on a Thursday to get a quote, and I gave Corey the dimensions for my table and the price seemed good. He asked me to text him and provide the dimensions, which I did, and he said it could be ready early the next week. He called back on the following Tuesday, asked for the dimensions again, and quoted a slightly different price, and them said he would deliver that Friday (today). I waited around all day for my top. Sent a text message. No response. Called and he said they were swamped and could we reschedule the delivery for Tuesday. Said he'd call me back in 30 minutes to schedule a time. He actually calls back three hours later and said he has no record of the dimensions, or what he quoted me, and that, obviously, it hadn't been made. At that point, I just gave up and will be going somewhere else. read more

Used them for our frameless shower door. Got many quotes and they were half the price and easy to work with. Monica in the office is AMAZING and works to get everything arranged to meet your schedule and helps coordinate design/accessories. My ONLY complaint would be they can run a little behind schedule, but that is because they have so many new customers (even since I used them earlier this year) and they truly are a small business. But they will work until 9pm if they have to to make sure the job is done!! Cory, the owner, did my install and came back himself to do a minor repair 7 months later (the seal was leaking). Really appreciate a small business who stands behind their work and is easy to work with from beginning to end. read more

Cory did come over and presented a couple of different options to update our shower doors for our master bath. I look forward to receiving the quote and getting the work completed. read more

I would not recommend this business and I will be very fair . I called 8 times and 4 times I was promised a simple estimate for one broken window. The initial conversation got my attention that he was very willing to come out to measure and he did. Ever since then he would not return any texts or phone calls My assessment is because the job is for only one window , thus not worth his time or not enough profit and not a priority. But that's what distinguish a truly honest business who cares and do what they say and say what they will do. In addition, I mentioned to him the security reason for me needing it replace soon as he can. Plus the raining week that is coming up. I run a business myself for 18 yrs. every one of my patients is just important as the poorest to the most affluent. After 8 days no one has callback or pick up read more

I am a business neighbor of theirs but just called as a homeowner. Fast & Awesome service. Had a small broken window and they replaced same day. Heard from others that their custom work is also great. These guys work hard, support local when you can. Highly recommend . read more

They came and fixed a window that was broken. It took no time at all for the install. Very polite and cleaned up afterwards. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that it took a long time to get a quote from the office after the measurements were taken. I had to call twice to get a quote. But after I receipt quote it took no time at all to get someone to do the work. Overall I'm pretty happy. read more

Usually I give businesses 3 strikes before I decide to never do business with them again. For whatever reason I've given this company 4 tries. Every single time I've called the "office", the lady tells me she'll call me back in 15 minutes and I never received that call. Twice I've made an appt. and they've been a no show! Really!? I guess they don't need the business. I'm going with someone else. #not reliable, #unprofessional. I don't know if it's bad communication but whatever it is, I'm done. read more

The company came out on a Friday to measure for a shower door install. I was told I should expect a quote the following Monday, but I did not. I waited a few days before following up because things happen, right? I was told that their glass wholesaler had been slow lately returning quotes and that calls would be made to try and speed things along. It has now been 16 days since measurements were taken, and I have not received any further communication. Regardless of the reasons for delays, this was handled very unprofessionally. read more

I don't know about the quality of their work. I never got that far. They never even made to my house for the quote they promised three times. I emailed them on several occasions with no response. I went to their website were they have have a number listed and ask that you text them. I texted them 4 times. No response. They finally answered their phone a few days after my initial email. I scheduled for them to come out for an estimate. They said they would call before they headed out. I left work early to make sure I was home for the meeting. They never showed up. They didn't even call me to cancel. I called the following day to complain, but the girl that answered was so nice that I rescheduled after she apologized like 10 times. I was willing to give them another try just because of her. The next day the exact same thing happened. I have NEVER been treated this way by any business. She said it was because they are just to busy. If you are to busy, please be honest with your customers and don't schedule if you can't make it. read more
