The tech came out a few days later, took measurements and said I would get a quote in an hour. This is when things went south. I waited 2 days before finally calling the glass doctor office and was sent my quote. Almost $800 for the replacement, which was a fair price and I put down the deposit for half of the total cost. Window was ordered and told 10 days it would be installed. 10 days goes by and nothing. Finally after 3 weeks glass arrives and guess what, it's too small. Had to wait another 2 weeks and now the glass fits, but is dirty in between the 2 panes. Tech installed the dirty glass and I haven't heard from them since.
