By far the worst company I've had the displeasure of dealing with in 25 years of living in Houston…read more Absolutely no communication from the company, phone or email. I needed a window replaced after the seal leaked, which has a lifetime warranty. After no response trying to contact the company, it took a separate call to their sales representative to have someone measure the window. After that, complete ghosting for five weeks. I finally got the sales representative again to contact the owner and again the communication black out started. Eventually I received an email indicating the window would be replaced on a specific day but no time. And once again no further communications...no one showed up to replace the window, no one returned my email or phone calls trying to reschedule. What good is a warranty if they don't honor it. Bottom line customer service in this company is non-existent. If you want to be ignored, disrespected, lied to give them a call they won't disappoint and for that they get five stars.

Upon discussing the job further we found out I was out of his service area after he had given me the quote. He was kind enough to make the hour drive out to get a look at the window as well as kept the same great price he had quoted me. On top of all that he had a great attitude when he arrived and was one of the most friendly people I have done business with. If you are looking for glass repair I couldn't recommend anyone else any more highly.

Very annoyed with the service and glad I experienced that before hand before I actually paid for the services.

He was out the same day I called to inquire about their work, and schedule. This made me very happy because from the start AJ's glass was very responsive, kind and courteous. We were selling the house, and we had a two week deadline to when the buyer wanted to do another walkthrough to see all the new windows. After taking measurements Logan said the solex/clear glass would take two weeks to get in. After a week I inquired with AJ what the delivery of the glass looked like. He was hard at work trying to find other vendors that had the glass that matched the rest of the glass in our house because he knew of our deadline. They ended up getting the glass just shy of two weeks, and they had it cut and ready to go within 2 days. On the third day they were over at the house installing the new glass, and they had the job done in 1 hour! WOW!! This family owned business deserves so much business because they really take a serious focus on the customer, and I felt like a priority the entire time. The company that replaced our roof did such a good job, and I was recommended AJs glass through them! When the job was done Logan sent pictures, and the job was done very professionally. AJ'a glass will not sacrifice on job quality, and their pricing is very competitive compared to all the other glass companies I researched. I think I looked at 6 other glass vendors before contacting AJs glass. Thank you again for an easy transaction, exceptional customer service, professional glass installation, and great pricing!

Had to call our builder to see whom supplied that glass since it was under warranty for the materials due to the double panel gas windows. That company then referred us to this company that does repairs and they will continue to honor the warranty for any issues as long as we used them. Called them on their phone and Roxxi was fortunately in the area and able to drop by and measure and luckily they had the items at thier location to create a replacement. The entire window was broken and during summer heat of course, a/c going out but thankfully had some shades to help block some heat getting in and with our window only facing morning sun and not afternoon. Roxxi was able to have technicians come out that evening to replace the window pane and they also cleaned up and removed all the glass/shards/etc which was great!! was not looking forward to cleaning it but happily surprised they had their equipment etc. Was a two man team that came. One worked to remove the window /and replace it (didn't know the window piece could be removed ) and the other one cleaned and removed the danger. They were done in and out. Professional truck, attire, appearance and service. Very happy and fortunate that it was able to be done in a day. I know whom to refer to and will go back for any glass repair/replacement as well. They also are doing my screen replacement as well.
