He was out the same day I called to inquire about their work, and schedule. This made me very happy because from the start AJ's glass was very responsive, kind and courteous. We were selling the house, and we had a two week deadline to when the buyer wanted to do another walkthrough to see all the new windows. After taking measurements Logan said the solex/clear glass would take two weeks to get in. After a week I inquired with AJ what the delivery of the glass looked like. He was hard at work trying to find other vendors that had the glass that matched the rest of the glass in our house because he knew of our deadline. They ended up getting the glass just shy of two weeks, and they had it cut and ready to go within 2 days. On the third day they were over at the house installing the new glass, and they had the job done in 1 hour! WOW!! This family owned business deserves so much business because they really take a serious focus on the customer, and I felt like a priority the entire time. The company that replaced our roof did such a good job, and I was recommended AJs glass through them! When the job was done Logan sent pictures, and the job was done very professionally. AJ'a glass will not sacrifice on job quality, and their pricing is very competitive compared to all the other glass companies I researched. I needed a window replaced after the seal leaked, which has a lifetime warranty. After no response trying to contact the company, it took a separate call to their sales representative to have someone measure the window. After that, complete ghosting for five weeks. I finally got the sales representative again to contact the owner and again the communication black out started. Eventually I received an email indicating the window would be replaced on a specific day but no time. And once again no further communications...no one showed up to replace the window, no one returned my email or phone calls trying to reschedule. What good is a warranty if they don't honor it. Bottom line customer service in this company is non-existent. If you want to be ignored, disrespected, lied to give them a call they won't disappoint and for that they get five stars.

As fate would have it I happened to notice Colony Roofing & Exteriors,LP Truck parked in parking area near my home. I waited for Sales Rep Steven F. to return to vehicle to approach him to schedule roof repair. I was glad to see him because making direct contact with company rep might ensure I get issue with roof resolved sooner rather than later. I explained to Steve the issue with roof & showed him pictures of roof damage. He took my information & promised to get back to me. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect that I would hear from him that very evening. He explained a roof install scheduled for weekend was postponed due to rain forcast over the weekend. Steve notified he prioritized my roof over other customer's scheduled because my roof issue involved water damage which would worsen if left un treated. What a great guy Steve is & thoughtful to boot! Today as promised Steve & crew of 2 guys arrived at my home before 8:30 am to began roof repair. Steve explained the decking on roof was rotted & needed to be replaced. Steve stated the decking would be nailed to the effected area of roof to support roofing materials to prevent water leaks. He stated ice water shield would be installed under new shingles to prevent further water damage. Steve covered all the basics before worker's commence roof repair even inquiring whether gutter guy leveled the gutters because he stated if this step wasn't completed it would be useless completing roof repair because roof water issue would persist whenever, it rained. I was pleased with job the roofer's did with house roof. Steve is friendly & very knowledgeable about roofing process & industry. The roofing job for the effected area 3ft x 2ft costs 600.00 which I didn't think was unreasonable for the amount of work completed. On Colony Roofing & Exteriors, LP Work Order notes roof repair is warranted for 2 years which I thought was decent. I would have given Colony Roofing & Exteriors 5 stars but had one small un addressed concern but over all the worker's did a great job. I would re hire this company for any Roofing issues I had in the future.

The business is family owned and operated, which was an important element of my decision making process. Jimmy, Mike, Lauren and the rest of the leadership team, really encapsulated a service focused environment, putting my satisfaction with the project first. Jimmy arrived at my house for the original proposal and walked the entire project with me. I had six other window companies come out, and this experience felt different. Jimmy gave me the most competitive offer, knew (and stood beside) his window recommendations better than all of them, educated me on the best windows for my home, and listened to my needs and requests. They took forever to install our windows, and then, we had ended up in the push and pull with the manufacturer stating our issues were the installers fault, the installer says its the manufacturers fault. It was ridiculous and all we had were problems with our windows after install, which was as frustrating as trying to get them to come and install them! Getting your warranty paperwork is also an issue. I'm sure there are better places to get your windows from.
