Prior to the 2 sessions, my shoulders, hips, and low back were so tight and it was causing me to get numbness, the inability to stretch out when I slept, and I felt so heavy due to the stiffness in my body. In fact, that may be your bag. But with the fragile artwork that is my skeleton, I'm happy that Dr. Kerry is using a more advanced technique that resembles acupuncture: this handheld machine rapidly presses against the tissue/ligaments and helps them shift back into place... I think. That is my best attempt at describing the process. But afterwards I feel good- and that is the point. I'm lugging around an infant these days, which makes everything ache, so I'm particularly grateful for anybody who can help me get back in alignment. Then came their change of heart, after my insurer cleared up the misunderstanding and paid them. Source for Wellness said I could return for a service, once again paying a copay. So I made an appointment for a service and came to a very clear understanding with them that my insurance was indeed covering the treatment. I did this BEFORE the appointment so that there would be no misunderstanding on the day of treatment. But since my appointment was in the evening there was nobody in their office to settle payment before the treatment. So imagine my surprise when a couple of days AFTER the treatment, I was informed by them that I now have to pay for all services up front and then request reimbursement by myself. If I had known they'd make me pay everything up front I would not have come. The reason I chose this place was specifically BECAUSE they said earlier that they accept insurance. I'm done.
