I had to go for a couple of appointments and everytime the place was soo clean, smelled good, and vibes where just really good! All the staff are really nice no matter who picks up the phone, I never had an issue with them at all! They were always able to fit me in and made sure that I'm all set up for the next appointment before I had to leave. Also I love have they can synce your appointment on your calendar, for me that was very helpful as I was able to just check it without having to look through like a hundred emails to find it if I forgot. As a new patient I received excellent attention & and fast response. Frankie was very accommodating & Dr. Espinoza is pleasant and energetic. After my first visit I already felt better. He showed me how to do some strengthening exercises to recover from injury, and also sent me a video version to follow the program. I really like that the app helps me keep me keep track and stay motivated. I find that this place is a good alternative for physical therapy, which was taking over a month to get an appt anywhere I called within my insurance network. This was my first visit ever to a chiropractor after hurting my back while bending over. Eddie was so warm, friendly and professional and by the end of my session I felt soo much better. Dr. E is super enjoyable to visit. Not only does he make great conversation, but he also listens and tries new approaches to work towards your problems instead of re-trying what was done before. I've had SI joint pains for a long time, and after 4 chiropractors, 1 acupuncturist, a visit to an orthopedic, I stumbled across him, and I've made progress in my health. Dr. E is a very effective, therapeutic, knowledge and easy to get along with provided of chiropractic care. He provided chiropractic care for me for approximately 4 months due to injuries from an auto accident. I always found the sessions gave me immediate benefit! I started seeing Dr. Espinoza in December 2021 when I had a kink in my neck that just wouldn't go away. I've seen chiropractors in the past but not regularly. Dr. Espinoza is next-level! I have had much body work over the years, being a yoga teacher/dancer/athlete, and Eddie is one of the best I have ever encountered. I walked in with pain at a 7/10 and walked out with pain at a 3/10, and with exercises to keep it that way. He is professional, personable, and very skilled. He uses science-backed techniques. Eddie was able to see me the same day that I injured my low back. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! He took time to explain the reasoning behind the different exercises we tried and he always took into account my feedback- never put me in a position or exercise that would cause further pain. We started with an assessment, moved to some active recovery exercises (he's big on being active to recover injuries rather than passive which is a huge plus in my book) and then we rounded it out with some tools to increase blood flow and healing. I herniated a disc causing sever sciatic pain while on vacation with my family that left me nearly immobile. I did not have access to an urgent care or chiropractor for the two weeks I was gone. Dr. Espinoza took my phone call (on the weekend!) and was able to talk me through stretches and moves to help alleviate the pain until I could be seen when I got back - he even sent me some great YouTube video's for me to watch/learn. I went in with my lower back hurting for about a week thinking it would fix its self. I spent about an 1hr with him and he did his "magic"! I wasn't sure when I first started going to Dr. Espinoza (which he is also specialized in sports injuries) that he could help me at all; in other word, it was a long shot. I had never been to a chiropractor in the last 15 years. After just a few visits my neck pain is almost gone. it is amazing how quickly the treatments have helped. I sleep much better at night and I am much more rested during the day now. I can now do my daily workout on a daily basis. I first starting seeing Dr. Espinosa because I had been having lower back pain from a past L4/L5 discectomy. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I've seen other chiropractors in the past for the same issues, but Dr. E by far was the most successful in alleviating my pain. TLTR: Saw Eddie for a knot in my back/shoulder and a nagging shoulder injury. He went through his adjustment process which was smooth and did not give me the typically stress of my neck being broken! :) He then (over multiple sessions) used multiple techniques to work on my injuries including multiple stretches, massage techniques, the Graston technique, Chinese cupping, electric stim, and a couple more. Eddie is with you the full time of your visit ensuring you are getting your moneys worth. He even gives you stuff to take home and work on! Give this guy a shot, you will not be disappointed. I came in to see Eddie because I had a huge knot in my back/shoulder that was bothering me for close to two weeks. (Honestly, I was not sure if I was in the right spot or if I should have seen a masseuse.) Eddie started off our appointment by asking me all kinds of questions to get a better understanding of my body and my daily activities. Once that was finished he went through the standard adjustment process. Typically I get a bit nervous during this process because I feel like I will be paralyzed after they snap my neck and back. Eddie was very gentle when adjusting my neck and did not try and force something to crack. When he moved to my back he used a technique that cracked each vertebrae one by one as opposed to putting me in a pretzel and forcing everything to crack at once(probably not the best description, but I guess you have to go to find out what I mean). After the adjustment was finished he focused on the shoulder. We went through a series of stretches while he worked through the knot. These were a bit painful, but in a good way! Next he used "the Graston technique" to help break up the knot further. http://www.grastontechnique.com. He finished the treatment with electric stim. This part was unlike my previous chiropractor. My last chiropractor would turn on the machine and leave for 15min which I feel is a waste of my money. Instead of leaving Eddie continued to work on my lower back while my shoulder was being hit with the stim. I felt like I got every penny out of this treatment. Finally, he finished by giving me stretches and workouts to do on my own that would help continue to work out the knot and prevent a new one from coming back. When I went back and saw Eddie a couple days later I wasn't sure what the treatment would be like. Honestly I felt like he went above and beyond because it was my first time seeing him. This was not the case. We went through the same great adjustment process then started going through massaging and stretching. He informed me that he had done some research between my visits and found some different stretches that would help with the knot as well as some shoulder issues I have been having. This was amazing since I was not set on coming back when I left his office the first time. This visit instead of the graston technique he used Chinese Cups on my back which are supposed to increase blood flow in areas where you experience pain. These definitely feel a bit weird and may leave a mark for a couple days but they certainly did the trick. My back/shoulder was feeling great. We finished off the session with Stim and treatment on my lower back; because why not! Just like the previous visit Eddie had a new list of stretches and exercises for me to do on my own time. I waited to write this post before seeing Eddie a handful of times because I wanted to get a full evaluation of his techniques and style. I also wanted to make sure I actually felt better than I did when I started my series of treatments. Needless to say, I found a new chiropractor. This is the place you want to go for results. Most chiropractors just give you a little do this sheet that never helps and make you come back like every other day. Dr. Espinoza was very thorough. He step by step himself showed me some exercises after the procedure that helps maintain and improve the pain along my back and neck. It's been two weeks about to go back for a follow up. Dr. Espinosa is kind, knowledgable and GREAT with communication. He helped me when my back went out this last summer. I went in limping and having trouble moving at all and after just one session was well on the way to recovery. Dr. Espinosa gave lots of helpful tips and exercises for strengthening and healing my back. I went back to him for a month and by the end of that time was fully recovered. I am back to him due to a sprained ankle and a neck out of alignment.
