Great super friendly family run pub with lots of pub food, deep dish pizzas and extensive beer menu! TVs inside for viewing sports. 80's rock music playing. Nice place to grab a bite and. Chill out formerly the last standing numero uno pizza in the area and they kept the Chicago deep dish on the menu!

The OG Numero Uno Pizza has left the building and now it's a Gastropub. Let me tell you Service is on point this place is amazing to vibe out. it's Sunday and it's Happy Hour on draft beers all day 2for1. Come down have a drink eat some pizza and wings you can't go wrong. FYI the PIZZA and WINGS has to be the best in town. Pasadena you're in for a treat.

Excellent burgers... Made with fresh meat so can get them thick and cooked medium-rare. Good quality ingredients and very kind and personable service. My go-to place for burgers. The Chicago-style Pizza are also delicious.

So the food is very different from how it was when it was numero uno. It's the same owners but it's a totally revamped menu. The food is great! Quality stayed the same if not better. The owner is awesome and super friendly. The pizzas are super good and the crushed red peppers are spicier than normal. They're going for a more pub feel and it's nice. lots of drinks to choose from along with a ton of new menu items we'll definitely be back!

So this place was originally Numero Uno pizza. My parents and i have been coming here since i was a child... 20+ years. We were excited to go back as we were on our way to LA (we are out of towners)... we were disappointed that it was something different but know it's owned by the same family so we tried it out. Sadly it's not the pizza i wanted as Numero Uno was soooo much better!! However - it's not fair to base this review on that since they are trying to reinvent themselves. The place was good. Pizza was good but just a bit pricey! It was truly a Chicago style pizza! Crust was okay - felt a little too buttery and flakey at times but overall a yummy pizza. A cherry on top is that a beer comes with each order of pizza so that was a nice surprise! Pizza and beer? You can't go wrong with that! The place was good, bummed they aren't Numero Uno anymore! :(

These reviews about número uno ain't it! Those reviews are so beta. If you're a sigma. You would know that it's a new establishment, on god. The beer selection is fire. The food hits the vibes. And I mean, you get a beer with each entire. This place is peak. Way better than Chipotle and their portion control.

Excellent food! i came here expecting numero uno pizza, and was disapointed that it is NOT numero uno anymore. HOWEVER i was pleasently surprised with an entirely new experience of pizza. we tried both the thin crust pizza, and the deep dish pizza. the deep dish is very different. unique. unlike any pizza i've ever had before. it was a great new experience. i loved it, and it really sets this restaurant apart from anywhere else i've been. highly recommended if you're up for trying something new. if not, then the thin crust pizza is more of the traditional pizza, and is also really great. the next great thing is the service. the staff here are great. they are super polite and friendly, and really add to the dining experience.

Updated review, my old one was for Numero Uno. This place has been renovated and for the better! They play sports games and rock music videos while you drink great craft beer and enjoy some small trivia on the TV's. Anyone that knows anything about beer will be ecstatic to know they have beer from Goliath Brewing! And tons more top notch options, I've yet to run out of trying them all. Just make sure you ORDER THE PRETZEL as it pairs PERFECTLY with almost any beer (pretzel is from Goliath brewing). At first it was difficult seeing the numero uno deep dish go away but the Chicago deep dish and tavern are amazing! The key is to ask for diced tomatoes to take it to 100. Another one of my favorite items is the Mexican flatbread. This place has definitely changed for the better, cheers!

The pizza was cooked to perfection and the toppings were delicious. Best wings I've ever had! The flavor was incredible, and they were cooked to perfection. Staff are accommodating. The ambiance was truly great too.

    Deep dish? Not even close.

My negative review seems to have been REMOVED. Nice. The "deep dish" pizza is not. Salty and greasy. The atmosphere is dark, cold, unpleasant. Ate here. Got sick. My review mentioned Numero Uno and the owner responded to my review saying they are not Numero Uno. Yeah? Tell that to the three foot high red letters above your door. He is arguing and trying to correct every negative review here. Run from this place. It sucks, plain and simple. And he is answering every review with the same thing. Just fyi.

Yummy beers and even better tamales!!!

This place is fire, everything is good but the tamales are FIRE best in the area for sure. Ice cold brews as well, YES PLEASE!!

The eating area is small and only has two tables, but i'm sure that's because everyone does takeout. We opted to eat there with our 2 kiddos and honestly it was really hot inside. The AC wasn't on and the water served to us wasn't cold, BUT the pizza was delicious! the double pepperoni could definitely use more pepperoni since it was just a single sparse layer, however it was tasty the way it came.

Then saw a unique appetizer salad item on menu "Involtini" $16. It was a great appetizer consisting of arugula, and goat cheese wrapped in prosciutto, with an impressive large thin sliced piece of Parmesan on top drizzled with a balsamic reduction. Very unique and good, I look forward to replicating at home with a little more balsamic. I ordered the Settebello $21 pizza as a main entree of which I thought was advertised with pancetta, mushrooms and Italian sausage. Pizza came out hot and fresh, but with prosciutto instead of the perceived menu listed pancetta. Pizza sauce was good, the sausage and mushrooms were great. Crust was a little doughy, not crispy but charcoal charred in places. Not phenomenal but not bad, middle of the road overall. Service started off great but fell flat to the floor. Drinks and food came out on time indicating bar staff and kitchen staff were on point. Waiting staff could up their game. No check up or check in. No offers for drink refills or another round. I had to ask for refills on water. Final bill $56.35 for one drink, appetizer and pizza for a solo dinner. Three (3) stars at best! Room for improvements.

I've had a lot of pizza from New York City, to Italy, to many destinations in between and this crust is up there as some of the best especially to be based in California. That being said, I've had better pizza. The sauce really left something to be desired. It was underwhelming and a bit bland. The wow factor was definitely missing and sauce tends to really make or break a good slice of pizza. Same goes for the cheese used...It just lacked that yummy cheesy goodness you usually anticipate when you bite into a slice and it didn't help that they were a little skimpy with how much cheese they put on their pizza. I think this place would be phenomenal if they took the time to nail the sauce down and really invested in good quality cheese. They're so close just missing the mark on the flavor. The crust absolutely saves them from being bad but it still made it just an "okay" slice of pizza. The staff at the order window were friendly and helpful. The environment could use a little cleaning but overall it seems like it reflected the hipster/ quick eats vibe they're going for and it works for their business. My friend asked if they had garlic sauce, and instead of simply answering, she responded with, "We never had that," and listed ranch and the other sauces with an attitude.
