Nick was our guy. He was amazing. We went in with not a real idea of what we wanted. He was able to…read morenarrow it down to 3 vehicles. Then it was easy. He understood our needs and found us the perfect vehicle. Unfortunately someone ran a stop sign and totaled that one. I have faith that Nick will be able to find me something else that is perfect for me. He really went above and beyond. He helped us with wealth management ( even though we have none) retirement information. Great guy great dealership. They are not salespeople and do not get commission so you know they really are there to help. Thanks

I'm a little leery about a brand where you might not find service all that often, especially after having a Volkswagen and moving to a small town. As I started to look a salesperson emerged from the building, Keith Glover. I always hope that sales people will be honest and helpful. He was very friendly, as I explained to him that I was being nosy at this time and couldn't buy anything. I told him what kind of car was on my mind, so as they didn't have that exact configuration, he moved me to something I wouldn't even consider. Still, he wasn't really doing the wrong thing, it was just fruitless, as was his asking me if I wanted to take a test drive. I asked him about PZEV (Partial Zero Emissions Vehicles) since I'm planning to move to California and would not like to trade an almost new vehicle at a huge loss after a year. He went into a lovely story about Cleveland and Ohio, and pointed to the emissions information on the sales sticker, but never really answered my question. I know there are salespeople who do a good job, but in these difficult times, can they afford to be less desperate? I realize that he wanted to give me a "good presentation" but he was misleading and probably hoping for a quick sale even though I told him I couldn't. No harm done.

My mother purchased a car from this lot about 3 months ago,…read moreThere has been several issues with the car, she needed a part replaced that fell into the warranty. They have continuously failed to fix the issue, with the excuse of "we ordered the wrong part" MULTIPLE TIMES. This has been going on since she purchased this car. They called 40 days LATER and said "THE PART CAME IN" come and PICK IT UP, WE DONT HAVE TIME TO FIX YOURS, take it somewhere else! This has been the worst experience ever, I cannot believe they are in business with the way the are doing things.

Called Kevin to come look at a truck that he said was in excellent shape. Upon arrival, the vehicle…read morehad 20-25 rusted paint chip spots that had been roughly covered with white paint and the rust still showing through. Not even body paint but what looked like nail polish. Also, the fenders were completely rusted out with new fender flares placed over top of them to hide the damage. The vehicle was also flashing for an oil change and various other issues it had but was being sold "as is". All of the issues with the vehicle is only half the experience. Getting a hold of them is a whole other category. It's ran by a husband and wife which aren't there on advertised hours but their workers are. Who seem to be volunteers that just sit on the front porch and move vehicles. Phone calls aren't answered or returned, voicemails returned, and 0 communication otherwise. It sits on a small lot with large flags that say "guaranteed financing" and "no credit". Oh, and they have "special financing" according to the workers. Not the normal stuff apparently. Steer clear at your own risk.
