All to tighten a battery cable. I am only 51, but I have to ask, where have all the men gone? She hit it with her purse (a can of coconut milk) and will be able to get down the road to buy the tools she needs. Way to go guys! I purchased a 2015 VW Passat from Tom Wood Honda on April 7. After buying the car, I had it…read moreinspected at the VW dealership in Noblesville, where they found the timing chain was off and needed to be replaced. There were no oil leaks at that time. Tom Wood Honda agreed to replace the timing chain components. But ever since they started the repairs, the car has been leaking oil. I've brought it back four times, and the issue still isn't fixed. I requested that they send it to the VW dealership, but they refused and insisted they'd continue to handle the repair in-house. Now, there's a new oil leak coming from the turbo area, which wasn't an issue when I purchased the car. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I bought a car I thought was reliable -- instead, it's been in the shop more than on the road. At this point, I just want to return the vehicle and get my money back. I can't recommend Tom Wood Honda based on this experience.
