My mother, 82, traded in her old van which was starting to have problems for a newer model. This company assured her that this 2005 was low mileage and in great shape. Thankfully she bought the warranty, which I would usually not recommend. However, in this case, every month she is having something fixed. She then has to pay a $100 deductible and more for something else that is never covered by the warranty. ..what a scam. She finally talked to someone there who agreed with her and told her to come in and they would make it right. When she went in, he was not there but they tried to upgrade her into a more expensive vehicle. She has spent over $2000 on repairs in the short few months she has owned this van with more to come. My wife purchased a vehicle from this place and I tell you it will NEVER happen again!! She hasn't made her first payment yet and already has had to put over $500 in repairs for this vehicle. I was thinking of purchasing a jeep from them until they finally told me a week and a half later they were having a hard time getting financed because it had a salvage title. If I had known this from the beginning I would have not even bothered. So back to my wife's car. I had been in contact with them since we started hearing the grinding noise (like 3 days after she purchased it). They finally call me after the jeep thing feel through and asked if I was still interested in purchasing a jeep because they had others and if I did they'd pay for my wife's car to be fixed. Maybe it's just me but that's bribery or blackmail of sorts. I told them I'd think about it, which I really wasn't and I called them back the next day and asked if they were going to take care of the brakes and rotors for my wife's car and I got the answer it wasn't in there budget. Well no shit it's not in hers either to get repairs on a car she hasn't made the first payment on yet. So I guess what I'm saying is stay away from this place. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased the car on October 17, 2017. Just one week after the purchase, I noticed my brakes were experiencing a loud, squeaking sound. I immediately called the dealership to alert them of my issue & let them have the opportunity to fix any problems that I may be encountering with my new car. The immediate response from their end was that the car had been sitting for too long of a period, therefore causing the brakes to make the sounds I was hearing. I took it to a mechanic shop to have further inspection of my belief of faulty brakes. The shop maintenance made me aware that the brakes were in fact metal on metal & the total cost to fix it would be upwards to $800+. Also the battery needs to be replaced They tried blackmailing us saying they would fix my brakes if my husband bought there junk jeep they had at another location. It has a salvage title that they never told him about. .This is faulty and crooked behavior of this business. I will never again bring myself or anyone to this business for any reason or circumstance. I would not recommend this place dealership to anyone! They are rude, unprofessional and not friendly at all. They just want to sweet talk you into crap! They just want money, that's all they care about! read more
